Battersea has come to life again as we see a new cluster of friendly and modern decor shops, cafes and restaurants take over from older ones to make this iconic high street feel fresh and vibrant!
Wander through the nearby Battersea Park and indulge in some healthy desserts at the nearby café before taking some food to the park.
Getting to Battersea High Street (and Battersea Park Road):
By bus:
Bus 44 destination towards Victoria (bus depot and train station).
By underground:
Northern Line to KENNINGTON, then train to destination Battersea Power Station, then Bus 344 at Bus Stop C, destination towards Liverpool Street Station.
Battersea High Street is 9 stops after Battersea Power Station.
By underground (and bus):
Clapham South (Bus Stop SB) Bus G1 destination towards Streatham Green Lane. Take the bus to Bus Stop E, CLAPHAM JUNCTION/THE FALCON (5 stops after Clapham South).
From Clapham Junction/The Falcon, (Bus Stop E), take Bus 49 destination towards White City, and descend at stop BATTERSEA HIGH STREET.
