Never flush baby wipes even if they say flushable. They all clog up the drain system

I discovered the wipes on Amazon awhile back. There great when on trail or kayak/canoe camping.

A cool way to tell if the bag works good call the cell phone in the bag to test and see if it's a good seal.

I just spent 6 nights dry camping in the BLM outside of Great Basin National Park, I used the fire of both those wipes and even used the string dispenser. Also 1990 called and they want there steel back.

Nah. Faraday cages are "digital". They either work or they don't. If the cage wiring holds up, it'll work.

The ruck and river knife might be using a 440 medical alloy

That fox edge knife I left a 2 star review on their website on 10/4/23 they’re clearly only adding the reviews they like. So after this month I may be done as well.

See right there with you on the 440AM - I looked it up couldn’t find it. FYI Ruck & River is their new in house brand (replacing Lord & Field), so far we got the Poles, the backpack, and now this knife. I thought it was a good knife, not sure about the MSRP though

Would somebody please explain to me the purpose and benefit of a faraday bag? I understand putting your cell phone in will take you off the grid, but the second you remove the phone from the bag, are you not instantly back on the grid, thus defeating the entire point?

The only thing I could find on 440am is 440m being a very new SS, so maybe it’s a combo A and M melted together

I kind of liked the Wood on the fox knife, but I do have to say, I prefer a liner lock and scales on both sides when I go with wood. I don’t like the Framelock 1 sided scale (usually) - have a video coming of a copper scale frame lock- my daughter confiscated the wipes immediately lol, - I used to be “anti” faraday bags BUT there is this new thing where criminal use antenna boosters to make your car think the key is by it in order to steal it.

I'm guessing it's the 440m and the 440am is a typo edit: I was wrong at the battlbox site they write that the steel is 440A so it was a typo but I guessed wrong which letter was the typo

I feel like that knife is too big for a hollow grind. missed the three piles that you usually do period like it don't like it and meh

The biggest use for me with the wipes would be the flushable aka butt wipes. I can’t count the times I went to the toilet in public and not have the 1/2 ply tp the offer.

As someone who has been camping with a bunch of Boy Scouts I can see a use for the wipes.

Here is the problem with the knife of the month. You pay an extra 50 bucks for the knife, but they constantly do one-off or exclusive knives that are "valued" at 200 bucks. And there is no basic consensus on what determins a knifes value.

This box wasn't bad actually. I did just cancel my BB sub though. I have enough of this kind of crap lying around at this point so, I'll just buy what I need. The Fox Edge knife, for a Basic Box knife isn't bad, really. The cord is useful, but we've gotten stuff like this before (cord dispensers). I always carry wipes because you never know when you might need one. Chucking a couple of those in a bag, EDC/Bugout/Get home, takes up no space and adds no weight, and you'll be happy you have 'em if you need 'em. I have ZERO use for a faraday bag. Stupidest thing in the world. If you get hit with an EMP, you have bigger issues than your phone not working. Seriously. That even assumes you know you will be hit with enough warning to stuff your phone in there. If you wanna drop off the grid? Leave you freakin phone behind! If I intend to pull some shady sh!t, I'm leaving my phone on and in a place that provides me with an aliby, I'm just sayin'. Barska is not a high end optics brand, but, I wouldn't spend the money on high end optics cuz I'm a dumb Marine and I'll just break that sh!t. Good binos. The Pro+ knife is interesting. I like the blade design. The first knife I ever made looked very similar (made mine out of 1095 though). Not a bad box overall, but, it doesn't make me feel bad that I missed out on anything either.

Those wipes would be good for people who mountain bike or do hiking but in a survival situation? Nope

That foxedge stuff looks like absolute garbage. The Italy fox knives however can make some really nice stuff, they made the combative edge m1 back in the day. They also made stuff for other brands, I know they made a Remington rescue knife. If i watch a battlebox review from now vs 3 years ago, overall quality is so much lower, and half the stuff is their own brands now.

Farady bags are illegal in UK. What you on about man, someone actually built his bar as a farady cage. Then you go on about a police state, yeah like man you do know where you live dont you.
