Battle Jacket Accessories 

I have 4 solar panels and a car battery on my jacket. It's a bit weighty, but it gets the job done.

Battle jacket: like a purse, but for metalheads. Seriously though, love the modifications. Will definitely have to add a few of these.

I always keep three or four safety pins on my jacket just in case the stitching on a patch comes loose. I'd rather keep the patch attached to the jacket rather that pulling it of and putting it in a pocket only for it to fall out and be lost forever.

This was great! Ive definitly got a few keyrings and random safety pins on my vest just incase i need to attach anything. Ive also got: about 2.5 feet of strong ribbon tied to a buttonhole incase i need to tie something, a leather strap i can attach things to, two pins i can wind my earbuds around, and mini bottle i keep emergency anxiety meds in. Ive also got a large patch I made into a functional pocket and Im thinking of creating a pin on holder for my lipstick. So many ideas! Battke vests/jackets really can be things of functionality as well as badass

I knew this guy who sewed a bottle opener on the inside edge of his battle jacket. I’m making my first one soon and I’m definitely including that mod.

Between this and another video of yours, I've thought about sewing in some insulated can koozies into the inside pockets of my own vest. It's kind of needed for metalheads in Wisconsin.

Why would i need a beer holder when I can just duct tape whole slabs to my arms- see you at the bin jousting guys

I forgot to comment on another video but little Dan was complaining about losing pins of vests. What I find really helps is for the clip pin style, actually sew them on through the little ring, you can also super glue them shut also works for the push through style . If you're really sure about a badge a quick dab with a soldering iron would also do the job.

Travel-sized packet of wet wipes, in case the portaloo is out of paper, or you get covered in chip grease.

Heres a fun one I did, get an old button badge, and super glue a lighter to it. You or your friend needs to light a cig (or some other substance) but forgot a lighter? Fear not as you permanently have one at all times

I have a secret pocket in the back of my jacket with a zip sewn onto the top of my back patch. Handy for a 2 litre (hip) flask. 😃

I alway use the bottle opener that comes on my bic ligher

sew on extra pockets, cuz the regular pockets in cheap denim vests/jackets are pretty shitty, use pockets or strips of jeans cloth from old pants or sleeves such as the chip pocket, I even stitched on zippers and extra button to keep my stuff from falling out during pits and shows, great stuff
