So, funny thing... (montage editor here, 'sup!) There was a brief moment of an idea to have the father son moment go for a LITERAL hour... slowly zooming in with the wind blowing... occasionally interrupted by coughing sounds every now and then... And then after drinking that weird purple-looking water, I scrapped the idea! 😉

If you liked BN1, you'll definitely enjoy BN2 and BN3! BN2 has some of the most unhinged dialogue from a kids game and BN3 has the best story

BN4 is an EASY skip. Only, like, 2 plot points can be inferred with the absence of those games in BN5. The rest of the story in between simply does not exist.

I got the legacy collection as a first impression as well and I'm also loving it! As a megaman fan of the platformers I can absolutely see why the battle network series gets the praise it does(: Edit: Except ElecMans level in BN1, that level can get a GutsPunch to the Mettaurs

Funny story. I got mmbn from a swap meet, and it had an error that didn't let me save the game at all. Probably cart's battery died. So young me had to beat the whole game without saving, without dying and without having my game system run out of batteries(thankfully, i had a gba sp, so i could recharge battery). Every new area and boss was a bit stressful. So I unintentionally was doing a nuzlocke. This was also with no map reference cause the internet still sucked. Young me was built different. Anyways, im looking forward to mmbn2, a lot of good improvements, and more text to lose mind to.

The funny part is that the DS remaster of this game actually went out of it;s way to make this dungeon easier on players. And we didnt get it in this collection they chose to use the original.

I miss having the streams uploaded to RU-vid - I enjoyed having the intro of the streams playing in the background and listening to the chill conversations. But if we're not going to get that, then I absolutely do appreciate these summary/montage videos of some of the things you've been streaming lately. This one was a funny edit/compilation of Megaman. I love the NPC dialogue in Battle Network games. Half the time it's completely pointless nonsense but the other half the time these characters are going through little character arcs that have nothing to do with Lan and Megamans adventures and its cute worldbuilding

Funny enough, I didn't know Megaman was a video game franchise until later on. I watched the Battle Network anime when I was a child and I loved it. I might one day try the games but watching others play gives me a weird sensation of nostalgia.

@@cardking7776 I'm more of a fan of RU-vid as well (Hence why this advertisement for the show works - really, as soon as he said it was less experienced with it, I was intrigued, and then the actual clips following...) with the longer video lengths there, and a lot more chat versus in-game commentary, but...the 4/15 video he had there starts at 3:16:54, and...yeah - I presume it's hard to seek that far on phone - been setting it up on my desktop instead.

Nico's playing Battle Network lets gooooo! One of my favorite game series out there. There's some amazing ones (2,3,6) and some....Not as good ones (1,4) and 5 kinda exists. Still, even the worst Battle Network game I can still enjoy.

I remember this game that I played when I was a kid. I life in germany but for some reason this game had only english language. (My english was terrible) For every 20min progress i was stuck for at least1-2h and had no idea what to do next. I reached the first major boss and never played it ever again. Good times
