Todays battle sees the debut of the Bulge German book as we seek to recreate the battle of Mairy during the Lorraine Campain. Elements of the US 3rd Armorued and the German Panzerbrigade 105 clash in the countryside of the Lorraine. Will the numerous upgraded German Panthers supported by Konigstiger be able to pull out the victory? Or can the weary boys of the US Armoured corps stop them in their tracks.

Thanks for the game folks. Some terrible saves there, Jacob. One thing to note, mortars are AT1 so can only bail top armour 0 vehicles. I think you lost a lot of halftracks to mortar fire.

Thanks for another great battle report. Jacob your dice rolling luck has to change sometime :). After seeing the m12’s in action glad I have mine painted and ready to roll :)

Well, every German player has the exact same luck. In our group whenever a player brings Germans we use the same die. We’ve banned using German specific die for those players since they almost always roll horribly. We still usually just have blue on blue fights since the best lists are American, British and some fun Russian heavies.

Jacob you need to turn yourself into the University of Toronto Mathematics and Statistics department. A graduate student could earn their doctorate, possibly a nobel prize, by analysing your dice rolling.

Any chance you can let us know where you got those roads? I love the rounded ends and how they lay flat on top of each other. They look seamless on the table

Why didn't the single King Tiger die when it failed the assault by getting bailed by the Chafee? Once bailed I thought they could not move, and so when forced to withdraw would be automatically destroyed?

why was the German units so tightly grouped allowing the American player with all his artillery, and mortars to cover so many targets? I know you had narrow gaps but fewer tanks lined up hull to hull are less easy targets! Where were the german infantry that should have advanced with the armor units to support them? Do You never take any German artillery units like Bisons, or Lorraine Schlepper's or even good old 10.5 leFH18 guns? I would also think the laws of possibilities would find you rolling a greater number of higher die rolls with the same 20 dice and not constantly choosing from 30 different each time. No science to back up that statement except carefully watching both of your dice rolling abilities. Something about the " Laws of possibilities"
