I liked that the Camille gave you fullness Especially since my hair is on the thin side with low density. I remember those thick hair days🤔🤦♀️ Now that Im hitting the 50s my hair changed dramatically... in the 90s we was basically messing our hair up. However, im glad my hair is back on the healthy road and getting thicker. I was using 1 product from pattern and I really liked it, a while back. Im going to pick up both of those items. Thanks for the review. 🥰
I love the Pattern Mousse. I've never tried the Camille Rose Spiked Honey, but I've heard a lot of good things about it. I think both sides looked good, but I can see where the Pattern side was a bit more defined and elongated. Thanks for this side by side comparison; I think I'll stick with Pattern.💕
Pattern won that! 🏆 How would you compare Pattern vs The Doux Mousse? And how would you compare Pattern vs Miche Mousse? Thank you! I check your reviews before I make a purchase! My Donna Recipe order arrived the other day from Ulta! Excited to try it! ❤️
To me Mousse Def is a little bit heavier than pattern but I’d be willing to do a side by side of it because I’m curious in all the differences. Miche is lightweight and I would compare it more to Camille Rose. Hope you enjoy Donna’s Recipe as much as I did
@@CrystalClearCurlsChannel girl this is such a good info reply!!! Ok I just used Miche for the 1st time, my last wash day. It didn’t go so well. I bought the mousse, bounce, and sculpt, also leave-in & deep conditioner. I’m still learning how to use it. It was a disaster. I used the mousse only, with no leave in, because I wanted to test it. I’m going to have to try, and mix combos to figure it out. The Doux I love. It’s drying after a couple of days, though, but I LOVE it. I have the honey line foam from Doux too, and custard but only have used it on my girls hair so far and it works lovely. My hair is different from there’s. I will eventually try it, trying so much! 😆 I’m more of a newbie for me, so I’m still learning. Your videos help so much! YES TO THE SIDE BY SIDE DOUX MOUSSE DEF VS PATTERN. You got me intrigued to try Pattern! ❤️
@@tanyawins don’t know how I missed this reply. But to me Miche mousse is marketed as a one product styler but to me it is Very lightweight and needs to be paired with something heavier.
I just picked up the small sized pattern mousse. I’m excited to try it. Haven’t tried Camille Rose but I’m buying to try out as well. Love your hair it’s so pretty and you got great results
Hi Crystal, are you applying on wet or damp hair when you first start in the back? Also do you ever pineapple your hair at night? Both sides look amazing to me. I prefer the Camille Rose only because I have low density hair and I need as much volume as possible!!! 😅😅😅😅 I actually use the Camille Rose butter gel as my base and then applied the spiked honey mousse on top for a fluffy and bouncy defined wash and go. I'm going to try them by themselves without anything else because I want to see how they work alone. Thanks for the review 😊
My hair was wet just not soaking wet. I don’t like to pineapple my hair because I typically have to do a lot of manipulation to make my hair lay back down. And I understand preferring the Camille rose for volume
Your hair looks fabulous! ❤❤ Wish Pattern didn’t have glycerin in the ingredients. I live in the desert and glycerin is a Ingredient I avoid. My wash and gos never last more than a couple of days. My hair needs water and conditioner everyday. The climate in the Mojave Desert is extreme! Dry! Hot in the summer and cold winters. Yes. It gets very cold at night during the winter in Las Vegas.
@@DIAMONDGIRL57 thank you! And oh wow. What style do you wear to get more days out of your styles? Have you tried topper gels on top to create more of a cast locking that moisture in?
Your hair looks great! Is it safe to say you don't need a leave in with both? I have both products but haven't tried them yet.... How are they far as shine and dullness?
I’m not a big leave in user so my hair is accustomed to only using stylers. But I get more shine with the Pattern mousse and it’s a bit more moisturizing than the Camille Rose
I have curly hair too as a guy, 3b-3c but is it okay if i used the mousse everyday, ive gotten the spiked honey mousse a week ago and its life changing!
@@CrystalClearCurlsChannel i prefer to apply the product daily,i mean from what ive seen so far. It hasnt made my hair dry or anything and i layer it with the AS i am leave in conditioner as well. But on day 5 is where i do start seeing some flakes PLS help me!! I wish there were more guys with curly hair who did vids like these,mb if this is long😂. Im dropping a sub.
@@Lonetonight it sounds like by day 5 you're experiencing product buildup. As satisfying as it is, it's not necessary to use products in the hair every day, doing so typically creates flakes, buildup, itchies, etc. Every 2-3 days to re-apply products would suffice.
@@vanessaclark3443 yes i shampooed today, and before i hopped in the shower i shaked my hair and it was snowing 🤣!!thank you sm. I had so much product build up.
