Insipired by Brad Owen and Rampage Poker, I am a Live Low-Limit No Limit Texas Holdem Poker player who wants to push out great poker content and build a community of PokerBEASTs, where we can learn, grow, and enjoy this beautifully complex game together.

One thing I've noticed on all your vlogs, which you even point out, is that you aren't aggressive enough on earlier streets. EARLY STREETS are the better streets to be aggressive on because draws will stick around, other people with overpairs will overcommit, so much more can happen on earlier streets, but if you keep trapping, the river actually shuts down MOST action.

Don't you kind of have to build early in order to trap late? No one calls down a 2.5x pot bet when the flop and turn got checked through but the same bet size can be numerically called if you have used even smaller sizing on the flop and turn?

When you raise like you did at 2:50, you really should count out your chips then slide them in. Putting a stack of chips in like that in a lot of casinos will be considered a raise for whatever is in your hand! Good luck poker beast!

Yea, it is a bad habit. It is the culture of Southern California card rooms, but it affected me multiple times in Texas.

Great vlog. I think stack depth in relation to bet sizing is more important than just bet sizing alone when considering to call with small to medium pocket pairs.

Set of 8s: raise the flop...hes not getting away from QQ/JJ...if he folds so be it, but there are 3 other players in there so the best strategy there is to raise, because A5 or A7 clubs isn't folding either

I disagree with your statement. Hit and run is BS.. you're in it to gamble.. if it's 10 hands or 1000.. you risk your stack every hand... That was relevant maybe in the 70s and 80s .. but today online poker is hit and go bouncing after 5-10 hands . Noone cares. It should be the same in live poker.. his strategy is brilliant. Go in to make 100 day 300 days a year and take home 30 k... Tax free. That's called building your bankroll

I had KQ clubs and I was in a sit and go tournament with blinds raising. I got three hands in a row to go all in with and I did. First two hands were folds. Third hand up against KQ spades. Jack of spades on the flop. 10 of spades on the turn. And wouldn't you know it Ace of spades on the river! So sick I was crippled and turned into the short stack.

Where I play a royal flush using both cards wins you $2000. With that promotion in play there's no way I would have bet the flop you had with the AK suited. I'll risk having another player catch up. Agree? Disagree?
