Showcase video showing all the entering and switching seat animations for the vehicles in Battlefield 1. Not all vehicles in the game are shown in this video, the reason is because i decided to not include vehicles that don't have a special animation for either entering or switching seat (you just teleport into position). **** VEHICLES **** ------ MOTORCYCLES ------ 00:00 MC 18J Sidecar 00:27 MC 3.5HP Sidecar ------ SCOUT CARS ------ 00:53 M30 Scout 01:28 KFT Scout 02:01 37/95 Scout ------ ARMORED CARS ------ 02:35 RNAS Armored Car 02:57 F.T Armored Car 03:19 Romfell Armored Car 03:40 EV4 Armored Car ------ TRUCKS ------ 04:00 Artillery Truck 04:14 Putilov-Garford ------ TANKS ------ 04:27 FT-17 Light Tank 04:37 A7V 04:50 Mark V Landship 05:24 St Chamond ------ FIGHTER PLANES ------ 05:52 Albatros D.III 06:02 SPAD S.XIII 06:12 Sopwith Camel 06:22 Dr.1 ------ ATTACK PLANES ------ 06:32 Bristol F2.B 06:53 Halberstadt CL.II 07:14 A.E.F 2-A2 07:33 Rumpler C.I ------ BOMBER PLANES ------ 07:53 Airco DH.10 08:21 Gotha G.IV 08:48 Caproni Ca.5 09:17 Hansa-Brandenburg G.I 09:46 Ilya-Muromets ------ OTHER ------ 10:34 C-Class Airship 11:13 Horse
@@OfficerEeebwhen you jump on a car, you are technically moving at the same speed, so, he would land where you jumped, although, if you jump very high and there is a very windy day, you could be slightly pushed back because of the friction
10:26 Lol one time I was playing with my friends, and all three of us were in this bomber. We were the gunners, whilst a random player was flying. I realised we were falling, and when I looked, I saw our pilot had bailed. I remember making the switch to pilot, and because of the animation it felt like my character was moving through the plane as fast as he could to take the controls, whilst I could see the ground quickly approaching through the cockpit window. Needless to say, I didn't make it lmao.
As long as they stop with the casual mechanics like sniper sweet spot, random recoil deviation, and all ham assault class then yeah it would be a better experience.
@@troypowers750 I think the casual nature of it was more pleasing than anything. BF games aren't hard or "sweaty", at least the older titles I've played. Players are so devoted into mastering multiplayer experiences that it can ruin it; being a newcomer to a title or just trying to play without having to focus too hard.
I mean dude, there was a ww1 pilot who had his flaps on one wing stuck so he climbed onto the wing, walked up to the flaps, unjammed them and went back to flying
Honestly, I think it's so cool they went through the effort to make different plane models for different nations. They could've easily used one place for each plane type and called it a day.
Not only that but depending on the nation each plane detail is different down to where the guns are positioned one example of this is the German attack plane with the airship hunter loadout and the British attack plane with the same loadout on the halberdstadt the gun is on the left side of the propeller while on the British attack plane the one machine gun is on the inside under the propeller
Lets appreciate the fact that they actually took the time to animate changing of seats in every vehicles when they could've taken the lazy route like in Call of Duty Warzone and just teleported the player to another seat.
It's for saving time on the 3d modeling. If you cannot see it from the outside, or it's generally not visible, then it's a waste if time and money to create it, considering how fast these games are being pumped out
@@Metalbringer92 you know.....they could just make how we get in the vehicle in the old way in gaming......press E or something and you instantly in the car.......no need animation to waste time of few second trying to open the door or hopping on bike......
@@Mr-Ad-196 I am not a PC gamer but, I was reading some comments and found *MANY* gamer arguing about these animation. Some say CoD are bad cause of not having these animation
@@Mr-Ad-196 people complain about teleporting inside the vehicles, then people complain about having animations for the vehicles. Ffs people don't know what they want
@Exiwus you don't need to know how to do something to be able to judge it, just like you don't have to know how to cook to be able to tell when a food tastes like shit.
@Exiwus The animations are awkwardly very fast sometimes, and the interior of a lot of vehicles are just pitch black and it cuts to an outside camera view because I guess the devs were allergic to the idea of letting you use vehicles from the inside Edit: You also teleport inside of planes
Well, I think this can't be the best ww1 game, because it doesn't represent ww1 accurately. Don't get me wrong, I love the game, it's my favourite FPS. But you know, a different experience isn't bad. Just giving my point of view.
The m30 scout is my favourite by far. My friends and I were playing on operations but we put it behind lines as a makeshift anti air gun. Another match was back to basics, but I drove that think and repelled the enemies.
@@yourewallsareveryconvenien8292 I mainly have interest in cars. If you ask me anything, I'll probably answer to you correctly. But I still have a little interest in weapons too.
Great video! I hope they carried entering & exiting animations into Battlefield 6. It looks good and immersive, none of that unrealistic teleportation bs. But not only that, I can't tell you how many times I died in BF1 to some player who just materialized into existence out of thin air beside their tank.
Teleporting is clearly the better game design choice. In BF1/V you can't enter or leave a vehicle without dying most of the time. You need to survive to not lose tickets in a multiplayer match. Every death counts as a ticket loss. They shouldn't give you the choice to leave a vehicle at all. It would be better than giving you a false chance of escaping. In BF4 there is a clear example of "Teleporting" fixing a gameplay problem. The TV Bug Switch. When a Gunner shot a TV Missile in Attack Helicopters in BF4, there was a chance of the missile hitting your Helicopter and leaving you with 9 health. The Pilot could exit the vehicle while the gunner could change seat and use the "fire exstinguisher" perk to bring the helicopter back to 30 health and save it from exploding. Than the gunner exists the vehicle while the pilot switches back to the pilot seat and the gunner to the gunner seat. All of this could be done in mid air too. Players found a way to resolve a gameplay bug on their own without DICE ever fixing it. With Animations it wouldn't be possible. If your vehicle randomly decided to explode on its own and you had to do an animation to exit you wouldn't survive. Also in BF1/V sometimes your vehicles just despawn while you are using them and transport vehicles just explode when you touch a wall or some shit. Its clear they need to spend some more money in improving the game tech.
Solders in Battlefield 1 move like their is a war going on. Meanwhile solders in Battlefield 5 move like tv extras who are afraid of tearing their costumes. And on top of that Battlefield 5 can only figure out to use 2 out of the 5 hatches on a tank. I miss OG Operations so much.
@Exiwus First off, nobody gave a shit about enter and exit animations with any of the previous titles, and I'm sure the vast majority of fans would rather not have any animations. Nobody cares about realism when it comes to the general gameplay. Second off, the enter animations don't fuck with the fluidity of the gameplay nearly as much as exit animations do.
The directional exiting of vehicles in bf4 was bullshit. Someone drives a boat up to you and you have no idea which way he's gonna appear when he gets out.
I somehow feel peaceful when you get into the vehicle between the scenery. Wish I could be in the field but not in the bloody war that took over million lives.
What I like about WW1 was that everything goes. Some combatants used weaponry and tactics that were 100s of years old, and so many new weapons were in their infancy
a real shame they removed vehicle animations from 2042. vehicular warfare is the other half to BF and what sets it apart from all the other shooters out there, so removing this amazing detail makes no sense at all. obvious reasons would be to speed up gameplay, but now you're just being another COD in that way. bad decision to remove it.
I remember hearing something that the machine guns are synchronized with the spinning of the blades. Thats why pilots never shot of their own propellers.
Great video! So nice to see how quick you are getting in them when in a dangerous situation out of survival instinct (or rushing to get some kills), but then you instantly calm down and wait there :). Thanks for sharing
I feel like BF1 is the only game that I fully take for granted not playing it enough, here in Asia, there’s literally no servers available in Weekdays while there might be 1-2 in the Weekends
В танки так просто запрыгнуть нельзя было, надо было очень осторожно пробиратся к своему месту. Т. к. некторые даже умирали от того что ударились обо что то железное в танке
