When Battlefield was Battlefield.

Even though I prefer the WW2 setting of Battlefield V and modern Battlefield games, Battlefield 1 is easily the most immersive.The old style weapons makes the game feel less "sweaty", and more tactical based. Maybe not the best Battlefield game, but probably the most epic.

The Lebel sniper/Mars pistol combo.. just perfect

BF1 is by far my favorite game of all time! Was skeptical beca6of WW1 and there not being a lot of weapons to choose from in that time period, but what a game! The maps, graphics, game play, all of it was great. I spent houndres of hours playing. As an infantry only player, i miss domination and other game modes since taken out by dice. Bet even conquest was fun, with vehicles not being so over powered. BF5 was the beginning of the downfall. Which ultimately led to the dumpster fire called BF2042. What a sad difference a few years makes. With most of the devs from bf4 and bf1, we are left with a bunch of cod wannabe idiots who have done nothing but destroy the game. Do yourselves all a favor and do not pre-order the next one, give your hard earned 70 bucks to charity instead

FACT: This game is 8 years old and graphics are just wow, beter than 90% games today. Gameplay best ever, best Battlefield ever than BF4 and BF3 other are shit. I downloaded it again after 6 years , servers are full

i have been on a long bf break. then i bought 2042 and had alot of fun with it. but i just tried 1 again and it is just so much better. the sniping is amazing felt like a god compared to 2042

I started back on bf1 a month ago after like three years I,m loving it gun suppression does suck though.

When in the train driver seat you also get a really powerful mortar 😂 oh and for flame troopers, use bayonet charge, don't even bother shooting them

Best BF easily. Glad to see it getting some YT love, but I wish you YTers wouldn't showcase the sniper... Every time you, BrokenMachine, JackFrags or whatever bring out a "BF1 is still great!" vid for a week after matches get ruined by half the players sniping so the rest of the team don't have the backup to PTFO. Doh.

i went back to play bf1 for the first time in like 5 years now on a new comp and having not played any battlefields since then its scratching an itch that wont go away. this style of battle field is the best and im glad they are going back towards a more classic BF experience for the next one. im playing on gamepass and i wanna play bf5 too since its all new to me but bf1 with all the map packs i never got to play - it seems like bf heaven to have the old games still with filled servers all the time. primetime on a WED on bf1 and all the 64player servers have 3-10 ppl waiting.I love to see it just coming back to the community. I got in within a few mins or less tho trying to join one and i played medic the whole time k/d wasnt that great but i was high on the board regardless capping and healing like a rat bastard and it felt very satisfying. ive been so bored of multiplayer games lately and this seems like a proper AAA experience that holds up like it came out in 2020+

For gas mask kills you need to crawl into them while putting it on. But even then it's still finicky
