BF4 motion sensor (when it exploded at the end) had damage set to 0.5 or 1, so it was possible to get a kill with it. But the headshot like this was not possible.
@Rōnin what's the reason to keep it out? All you need to do is just ignore all chat. Chat Reactions is no longer possible on Ravic's channel anymore because of this.
@@lolpl0000 Honestly sounds like the only little baby is the guy who’s crying about the removal of all chat. Is the little baby mad he can’t call people ni**ers anymore?
From 7:15 I only watched the 'killscreen' to see Mus1ick, Kia and Wolfys epic stand. Didn't know one could get that much enjoyment form watching some names popup.
have to say watching you headshot those pilots out kinda encouraged me to start doing it but unfortunately the closest ive gotten are headshot hitmarkers
When in motion you can consider them to be quite desynced from the player model and considering how much faster and mobile aircraft are in this game vs any other Battlefield game it's silly that they even considered putting damage reduction on the windows when their hitboxes are so messed up.
@@Ravic I find aircraft extremely hard to deal with in certain spots on certain maps (particularly in Breakthrough mode) because they can break LOS using perfect timing/routes in such a way that no amount of Rao hacking or AA launchers can even get a hit. You end up in a merry-go-round of hack-flare-lock-LOS break and/or rockets hitting objects in flight. My first reaction to this was to snipe heli pilots but it's quite a daunting task for a dozen other reasons like you mentioned. While pestering aircraft with Rao makes them largely ineffective in combat, it's quite a boring dance and they can still drop paratroopers. I don't think overpowered is the correct word for aircraft or AA in BF2042 but they are both implemented in an inherently frustrating way for all parties involved. You kinda have to play cheese to win either way instead of use the platforms as designed
@@scienz0220 Oh the aircraft certainly are overpowered but it's at a level that is just absurd compared to other Battlefield games. If it was one or two things sure but with all of it together it's like why? There is no real balance to that it's just "yes in specific situations this might counter it, otherwise no please try again". Some of the ground vehicles have similar unbalanced features or when combined with everything else become unbalanced. Tacking on the class system made this all worse and basically reset all balance changes prior back to zero so they are basically starting over with trying to balance things if they even attempt to at this point. Yes the railgun and railtank can be used to deal with the current state of desynced vehicles/player hitboxes but that is a workaround, not a fix. Unless they plan on putting those things in every future Battlefield game they really don't belong as they are just showing how broken the game is that it requires such weapons to deal with issues in the game. Most of these issues ( desync, inconsistent hitboxes, etc. ) comes from the speed and mobility given to vehicles and aircraft. They are faster and more mobile than they have ever been and the tick-rate on the server is lower, meaning the client and server can't keep up with the speed of the aircraft. But are chopper only players willing to compromise and give up some mobility and speed for more consistent gameplay experience? Nope. Are they willing to give up the damage reduction to windows to make the gameplay experience more balanced to infantry players? Nope. Are they willing to give up the self-heal button that requires no risk/reward? Nope. Are they willing to remove the ability of players repairing from side seats? Nope. Honestly I can't take vehicle main players in Battlefield seriously anymore, not after BF4 and the nonsense in that game. It's just been escalating to the point where we are today which is at a level that seems insane when comparing to BF1942 or BF2 vehicles.
