We pray to Slaanesh to satisfy our gaming needs. Let us have an excess of BFGA2 today! Battle begins at 3:26 - I hope you enjoy! The battles will continue after release, and the Discord remains super active with lots of MP action - join it here: discord.gg/6Tq3ut5 And if you'd like to pick up the game, consider doing it at this link to support charity and the channel as you do - www.humblebundle.com/store/battlefleet-gothic-armada-2?partner=PartyElite . Another reminder that the upcoming few days might see a slowdown in battles as I finish off a few guide videos and a review video as well, but they will be back in full force shortly after! Enjoy!
Seems like Ork planning to me. "We will be sneaky and blow them up from afar, and then we.. -CAPTAIN, ENEMY CONTACT! - Alright, full speed ahead! Damn the torpedoes!" @@sandzibar
Slaanesh is the most disgusting of the already not-so-pleasant Chaos Gods. The mere fact that someone was not satisfied enough with serving The Emperor boils my blood. Why would you want to serve Chaos? Good battle tho. Strange that the Emperor's Children are not strong from the back like I'd expected... PE watching his flagship leave: "Wait, that's not mine" Chaos blinds.
So blinded by my hubris, I was, that I saw not my folly. But w.e that ship can leave if it wants to - they don't get to join in the celebrorgies everybody else was a part of. Also - no way, Nurgle is so much nastier =D May the Corpse God be with you on this release day =D!
Great looking battle but I think you played into the imperial hands a bit, the imperium is more a close in brawler with their macro cannons while chaos generally prefers to hold at range with the lenses. Was great to watch though
Yeah I didn't play this as well as I'd first hoped / planned to - I was desperately trying to overcome the odds at close range - felt like I had no opportunity to regain some distance!
Well, congratulations on selling me the idea of playing BFGA2 :p That was intense. Been thoroughly enjoying these different skirmishes. The battle dynamics are so thrilling and feel so close to the board game I got to try briefly with my Necron fleet. So glad I found you :D I would love to see some more Asuryani gameplay and maybe one more round with the Tyranid fleet with all the psychic screams from before. Much respect
Hey PE, Love your videos. Could we expect an army breakdown series explaining the strengths and weakness of each army, the tactics that are most likely to be deployed and certain ships to look out for. It's something I would personally be very interested in watching. =D all the best.
I’ve yet to see any 2v2 matches yet since I’m waiting to get the game when it fully comes out. I can only imagine how ridiculous the matches will be in 2v2. Especially if both teams are on a call with each other to cover each other’s weaknesses and bring a mighty fleet to its full potential! GOD IT GIVES ME A HARD ON JUST THINKING ABOUT HOW CRAZY A 2V2 GAME WOULD BE WITH TWO PROPER TRAMS GOING HEAD TO HEAD!
Hey Party Elite! Still being as fantastic as always I see! Wanted to ask you something actually. Read the tip @ 2:01. Was wondering if you think that Warping out should actual grant the loser a few points in multiplayer if they can? Or prevent losing so many points? Asking cause I personally feel happy when you Warp out, because it shows that we can be smart enough to get out of there sometimes.
I dont understand your decitions, first you say you want to stay at range, but then the first thing you do is throw your flagship straight into their midst.
Can you play a game with the death Guard ? Pls? Btw i really enjoy seeing you play. It always looks like you are in control of the battle and if something goes wrong that was totally meant to be like that ^^
Better situational awareness than the opponent. He managed to go around and cap all the objectives during the battle, which was what decided the battle in the end.
See? Capping the points tangentially makes the game much easier, that battle wasn't even close, you won the moment you had 4 points to his 1, the time investment required for him to get even was simply too much, and with all his fleet in one place he couldn't hope to get back in the game without you having made a huge mistake.
10:39 isnt that his ship that mutiny ? there are 2 ship that mutiny 1 is his and another 1 is the enemy i think he confuse because there are so many things going on :)
With chaos having the move over attack button on isn't a great idea mate, many times did you unintentionally move closer to the enemy when you could've just attacked and let them be :{
If you cant micro manual pathing to attack then u should just let them on auto, at least those that u cant control, that is so frustrating to watch, half of the time your ships fire on nothing.
yeah, chaos can certainly have a much easier time with auto pathing. Also helps do energy turns faster if you forget to set the direction before doing the turn. The downside is ships may spread too much and it's easier to lose track of them. still that also helps as it will confuse the enemy as well with fire coming from all directions.
And that's why I never want to play this game. Huge mess in engagement, shipsgoing off map before you know it, lasers flying like crazy and the winner is the guy who in all this mess remembered to get escorts capping ;). Still, fun to watch. I'm a little concerned about the future meta, I can see all the high level play being on point capping, with faster or more nimble factions taking victory every time.
Krzysztof Kucharski there is talk into making multiple modes with 1/3/5 capture points. So that each fleet and sub fleet has its time to shine. Or at least bring it down to 3 points with 1 in the middle and two on the sides. The devs did hear from the players after the first Beta and said they will be looking into making changes with points and caping.
Great stuff then, it's good to see devs interested in multiplayer scene. New modes would be good, and some more "exotic" mission types (orbital defence, space hulk claim) for multi could be a good base for future DLC.
@@krzysztofwujczak616 Multiple Scenario points encourage more interesting play. It forces fleets apart and depowers the big ships that have advantages both in gunnery and in resilience. The amount of spaces that you can score is good where there is more of them, but you can moderate the speed by which players can win. For instance you can make it that a fleet that captures 2 points has a good window with which to brawl with against more mobile fleets. So far in the games I have played I have found scenario is an excellent way to put a timer on the game and prevent it going to a boring slug-fest.
