I think this was my favorite match to watch so far. The orkz have so much personality and your fleet did an awesome job showing it. i love the tractor beam game play!

I dunno about that guy being super new,, roks are just incredibly hard for imperials to deal with, as they shoot so hard. You cannot ram them because while you can favorably trade in ramming damage, in the followup you are now not using your guns and a rok is doing like 32 dps back in gunfire while grinding against your prow, and the 32 dps is going to be far more than whatever you can do in ramming damage. You can't really kite them, as they are as fast as you (or in the case of the light cruiser variant, faster than you), but they have omnidirectional guns and you have broadsides only. You can't crit them down, at all, but they can crit you. And in a short range gunfight, the retribution has 15 macro dps per side, and the rok has 24 per quadrant. But one of you is not immune to crits and the other.... is. Orks in general are a bad matchup for imperials, and roks are specifically terrible, because while you are a bit boarding resistant, there is just no way you are doing meaningful damage to a rok and it's not doing meaningful damage back.

Would it be usefull to go into brace for impact stance in the early game to hard counter torpedos, fighters and such and change it as the game continues? Well done with the ramming btw. Very orky!

The early mass torpedo spam seemed really strange. Torpedoes seem like a good choice against Roks, but not from halfway across the map.
