As long as there is like 1000 other orks around him yes. Chaos magic works through belief & numbers, if there's enough of them (and they all believe the same sh..t by design) than it will work. A single ork painted red won't be any faster than vanilla. It also works against them, for example if an ork army fights a bunch of mechanicus (and they all dress red) than they too will become faster.

If he's part of a larger horde, then yes. It works similar to the warpaint used by african tribes during the colonial age. They believed that the paint was magical, and protects them from harm, and if it failed for one of their comrades *his* paint was faulty. Orks are similar, if an Ork in a horde wears blue warpaint, he'd be less likely to get hurt, since "Blue is Lucky". A yellow (Shooty) Ork would be a better marksman, and a red Ork could either run faster, or have more stamina when he runs.

I really love the OST of this cinematic. It perfectly follows the dizziness about how bigger, and bigger, and BIGGER an Ork threat can grow and become an apocalyptic force. The perfect orchestral song for a WAAAAAAAGH ! If anybody can find me the music only, it would be awesome ! I'll share it here obviously if i ever find it myself.

Imagine you are hiding behind a wall from a bazooka. Normal logic would dictate that the wall should block the rocket but now the rocket just push the wall flying at your face. That's how Orks logic works.

Well, i guess u need to read about Attack moons. Guess its even more badass than Unicron stuff. Those were ork death stars capable of travelling instantly through galaxy without use of warp tech and annihilating entire planets. The coolest part of those moons, i think was their surfaces: "The Attack Moon's most obvious external surface feature was that of adjustable plating capable of moving, shutters the size of inland seas and raised portions the size of entire mountain ranges that were capable of forming the stylised image of an Ork face, and could move in time with the words spoken by the Great Beast."
