Battlestations Pacific Multiplayer Gameplay- Island Raiding 

This game was way to under rated

omg. i never realized how much i miss that music. ahhhhh, i was the only one at my gamestop that preordered this game for the 360.

Battlestations is SUCH a fun game, too bad it never caught on for whatever reason. Would have loved to see hundreds of matches going on but I think its just the lack of advertising and the annoying way of joining a match.

Miss this game and genuinly enjoyed watching it again.

I think we all want War Thunder to “eventually” be similar to this game but with more direct control, better graphics, better damage models and flight models etc but … it won’t be for one simple fact. Its an online MMO! Mass battles like this with individual players controlling each individual ship, aircraft, tank … it’s just going to be one massive cluster-fcuk! LOL It’ll be great if you can have squadrons but the player cap per match is currently too low for these types of epic battles (15 per side is just not sufficient to replicate what we have in this game) but we can hope for the future. War Thunder has its problems (mostly, for me the match maker) but its so much better still than something like World of Tanks / World of Warplanes, if its aiming for something like this though it could be truly great.

This is great! I had BS Midway and never really got to enjoy it as much because I couldn't understand the system of moving ships around and everything. The amount of functions you put your aircraft and ships through and everything is just so much to handle, it's cool you guys can work that out so well. Not to mention listening to you guys freak out about the yamato is hysterical!

I loved this game so much. I played it all day with my buddies. We'd be bangin out 5 hour island capture matches on rank. We all got fleet admiral and the jets. This game needs to be backwards compatible.

What would be cool would be if they make a new battlestations and it has german and italian ships and more british ships.

Hell. The last time I played this, was with friends. God I miss it. And just seeing those ships and the guns firing off at the enemy with no remorse. God I miss the game.

I remember stumbling across this game back in 2015, when my dad gave me a bunch of old games for the Xbox 360 we had. One of those games were Battlestations Pacific. I played the game until 2018, when the Xbox overheated. RIP Xbox

Hey Phly, I have BSP since it came out in 2009, but it was for Windows Live Games. Now that the game is on Steam I can't play it. I feel it is wrong for the devs to give up on people who had the game in the first place and make them buy it again, because that's what it currently seems like. Have any idea if people with the original game can still play it (with multiplayer that is, otherwise it'd be useless). PS: I noticed you have some problems shooting with ships, I don't know if you noticed and likely many have already told you but when you're in range you don't need to lead your shots, the guns will follow your target when you aim directly at it

Phly I would recommend usin c47 sky trains to cap bases. They drop parachutists and are a lot faster than the LST

I gotta agree with Phly about Gaijins opinion on planes, like the I-16 final model being ranked higher than the Mig-3. I know the Mig-3 isn't a great plane but it's performance is so much better than the I-16, but because this one model has a pair of 20mm's it's the "better plane".
