Appreciate the positive message and courage to raise awareness. Depression and Anxiety is an invisible enemy and is generally overlooked time and time again. Stay strong and keep your head above water, while anxiety and depression isn't something that we can just make go away, it is something we can learn to understand and control.

Thank you so much for your kind words, and I'm sorry you're experiencing something similar right now. It's been a while since I made this video, and things have been rocky, but I'm on my way to getting better. I k ow that whatever you're struggling with, yoi can make it through. You've gotten this far and that's an achievement on it's own. If you ever need to talk, don't be afraid to reach out. This is a safe space for everyone

Laughter, just say I'm depressed out loud. It might disappear. Showers. TV.

12 months ago I was living the high life driving around liverpool on crystal meth every day in a bmw full of prostitutes. I still worked full time as an engineer. My fiancé was one of the prostitutes so Money was there to blow. Until the day I got caught. I had lost my car, my job, my family, my friends, my life savings, custody of my son, my house, about 30kg of weight from the 18 month heavy meth addiction . I got nothing left and don’t have or trust a single person due to the horrendous abuse that I’ve suffered. If there’s a definition of feeling alone I am that. I could go weeks without having to use my voice to speak to someone. I’ve been unemployed since November sitting still in deep depression. I’m about 7 weeks clean or the meth now, it got awful to where I was speaking to shadow people in my house and was in complete psychosis. I had Several cases of self mutilation and one suicide attempt. Arrested multiple times, done things that can’t be spoken about to anyone. Terrible things that I would never have ever been able to bring myself to do hadn’t I been strung out on meth and paranoid about my prostitute ex fiancé. I was only 25 when this all was going on. This shit has damaged me for life and not a single person is there to listen to my story’s

Thank you for sharing that with me. I know that could not have been easy, and I applaud you for making it through it up till now. Someone once told me that we may be standing in deep, murky water, but we're still standing. The fact that you've been through so much and are still here speaks volumes to the character of the person you are. I'm not sure if you've heard this much lately, but im proud of you. I am here to listen, and I also urge you to share your story with others. You'd be surprised gown many people want to listen, help, and support you. I hope that yoi continue to move forward and strive for a better you. Don't give up! You've got this!

I know what itś like to be depressed about being unemployed. If you have been raised to think of yourself as a breadwinner, being unemplyed cuts to the core of your selfworth as a man. I try to fill the void with study , long walks and volunteer work. i think you should continue with uploading, if only to ensure that you have a purpose in life. An idle mind is a devilś workshop

1) thanks for sharing. I promise you're not alone and I've got to a point where getting out of bed 1x/month is extreeemely hard and I'm stuck living w parents who don't (want) to understand mental health. I can't think of a bigger 180 in my life..from traveling, friends, career/student, gf, and parties to community/volunteer programs etc to getting a panic attack if my phone rings (since all my friends died, it's imo nothing good ) but im trying to change it and its been a trip bc u have to make peace w some days being downers while others can be great..how ru doing lately?

Oh my, I suppose depression happens in rich countries as well!
@OnesieGuyYT
@OnesieGuyYT Год назад
Yes it does. However, I live in South Africa. Far from a rich country, and one with one of the highest unemployment rates on the planet. So if you were implying that by living in a "rich county", that makes this video irrelevant, I would urge you to educate yourself on the subject more. But thank you for watching the video and participating in the discourse.

@@OnesieGuyYT That was my first impression! It was because of what you have behind you, and how similar you look to westeners. I assume you can move to the US whenever you want?
@OnesieGuyYT
@OnesieGuyYT Год назад
@@DX413RB8 Just because I have posters collected as child, doesn't mean anything. I'm also not going to educate you on the long and expensive process that immigration to another county, especially the US involves. I suggest you spend your time bashing someone other than a person trying to spread awareness about depression.
@DX413RB8
@DX413RB8 Год назад
@@OnesieGuyYT Sensitive ass. You think you're the only depressed person in their 20's? To be fair, I wasn't bashing you or anything. If you're oppressed with that thought, then my conclusion of you being rich must be valid.
