Thank you for reviewing this. Been on the fence about checking it out for a while. You said it was meant to be played on easy to get the stuff and the skills for normal. How necessary is that? I'll probably only play it once so kinda want the "ideal" experience for someone who played a lot of DMC. Like you, I am not a completionist..
The "start on easy" is only metaphorical. I know you tend to like to play on hard mode, and of you've played DMC, starting Bayonetta on hard is perfectly viable.
