BB Interview: I discuss my own life and blended family 

I grew up in FosterCare, so when I became a stepparent, my actions were always based on what is in the best interest of my stepdaughter. I never looked at it from my husband's view or my stepdaughter's mother view. I just remember not knowing who my parents were for the first 20 years of my life, and that my stepdaughter needed to know both of them. My only requirement I had of my stepdaughter, was for her to know I love her.

I have the same family dynamics... it's a learning experience and lots of prayer and communication
