My advise to all the baby mama’s is don’t call,don’t text and don’t make yourself a fool. It’s really hard to be in this position,I know and you can act crazy because it hurts. Be careful which of this advice you believe, you never know what that man is telling his children's mom when you're not with him. She not acting that way for no reason Hunnay...and it isn't always bc she wants him or to bother anyone--things aren't always what they seem. I would say practice grace, patience and respect as much as yourself is involved. If he has right intentions toward you, then he will make sure any issues are resolved openly, thoroughly, peacefully without it harming the kids or sowing discord between adults. I think when all this is happening, it's bc he secretly trying to have his cake & eat it.🤷🏽‍♀️

This is exactly what I go through with my son's father's ex. He has three children with her and she is the queen of stomping boundaries and not caring that he has moved on. She has made it clear to me that she hates me simply because I'm with him. She's constantly texting him about stuff that has nothing to do with their kids. I'm fed up with feeling like there's another woman in my relationship and I've told him either he handles it or I'm gone.

My husband told his bm not to call him late as a boundary and his baby mom got angry and she won’t let him see his kids. This is exactly 💯 % what I have gone through. My ex used our 2 daughters as a tool 🔧 to hurt me as the father and my parents. Money 💰 first and foremost, then when it seemed that the kids gravitated moreso towards me and their grandparents all hell broke loose. It caused the girls to be dysfunctional, confused, depressed..even affected there educational processes. It has gone on for many years. She got married and moved on , which I was so happy. But that didn't solve the issues at all.. I just want my now 20 and 24 yr old daughters to have functionally successful lives...

I'm fully in the middle of everything. You just said everything I've been experiencing with my new husbands borderline ex. You said things I keep saying to him but he isn't seeming to be willing to hear it and deal with it or accept it. It brought me to tears and gave me justification finally that all i've been saying is in fact so true. I don't know what to do. I've read and listened to hours and hours of podcasts, articles and books. you nailed it. Finally somehow who talks about the impacts it has on the new woman. I need more of you in my life. I don't know what to do next. It's been five months since our wedding and everything is crumbling.

These type of relationships are just very unnatural. The “stepmother” often resents the entire first family. Dad often has trouble giving enough attention to his children. Baby mama often resentful for abandonment. Children get harmed by all the drama and having to live in two houses with no one truly being happy. It’s sad.

If a man has moved on to a new relationship without clearing his past then that is 🚩🚩🚩🚩 (several red flags). That man is still intimate with that previous woman. A man doesn't have to do or say anything and will be fully in love with his ex she just most likely had refused to take him back without him changing his habitual ways and that's when he love bombs the new woman and chooses her as his second option.

Sometimes she doesn't want him, sometimes she's bitter because he's not doing his part as a parent. And so she's bitter that she has to do it all by herself. I understand that there are women that are still in love with their child father but I wish content like this would keep a space for women that don't want their child father, don't care who they go with or where they go but they're bitter because they have to take care of the child alone. Also I'm not speaking about women that have multiple children. Sometimes you can just have one. All you have to have is 1 become a mother.

She's not stalking me but she has me blocked on Facebook when she doesn't even know me. I've never met her face to face even though I've been with this dude for three years because every time she comes around I'm not there but like I said in another comment, she's made it clear she doesn't like me. When I first met his kids she made the comment that she didn't believe he was with anybody. Now if she was over him then why would she ask that? I'm not stupid, sometimes I think he's just playing dumb because he doesn't want to deal with her drama or he's not over her either and doesn't want to admit it. Either way I'm tired of being disrespected. He claims he has to keep her happy social let him see his kids but I told him that there's free lawyers that will help him fight her and that I would even help him with it because he asked for my help. But I'm over this crap, either he handles it or I'm gone because I'm tired of there being another woman in what was supposed to be a two-person relationship. I told him that's sometimes I think he's really not over her and he just needs to admit it otherwise he wouldn't been able to her behavior.

I tried to co parent for years with my son's father but he was just spiteful. So when my son became of age I got him a phone so his father and his family could contact him independently. I let him be the father he wanted to be instead of pushing him to be the father he needed to be. For a time we had to co parent through our mothers. Then me and his mother got into it in early 2018 because they were upset I wouldn't let him claim him on taxes (His father pays no child support and doesn't help me with anything) it was part of an agreement that they would watch him weekends and summers while I worked. No point in child support if he constantly couldn't keep up with payments. And him going to jail meant I had no babysitter if his mom couldn't watch him. My mom had 2 yr old twins when my son was born. Then developed cancer in 2014. So I couldn't rely on my mom she had enough going on. She died in late 2018. So I ceased all contact with me but they are still more than welcome to contact my son. He's 16 now. He rarely sees them and he's ok with it. He prefers to stay home with me. So ladies you don't have to bitter. These kids know who do for them and who don't and they gonna react accordingly. Let them make their own decisions unless it's an abusive environment .

Love this and going through this right now. This is my 1st time dating a man with a child. I just met their son and he called her via FaceTime for me to meet her and she had a huge attitude and hung up. Sent him long ass text message trying to say that he’s a bad father and he’s not. She turned a great weekend into drama! She does want to be back with him. She’s said that and he made it clear to her that he’s moved on and in love with me.

My man's BM told him he could only visit his child at her home for them to play the ps5 there... ha! I nipped that right in the bud because there is wifi and electrical sockets everywhere. She got some act right real soon knowing i wasn't a pushover!

And the time I’ve tried to have mommy time with bio and connect she brings up inappropriate questions and comments about the past. We moved state so I deal less with it but it is definitely boundary issues. I quit talking to her mostly.
