I like the fact that they called it out.....they are there for the footie but unhappy with the host selection and the circumstances....nowt wrong with that!
@@stingersplash Because he makes a point of criticizing Qatar yet accepts their hospitality and gets paid lots of money to host the football there. Yet the BBC spent over 30 years covering up the crimes of Jimmy Saville. And they want to tell others how to behave. A bunch of hypocrites.
@Talking .... With Thomas Limpitlaw effectively shunning it, first time (ever?) major tournament ceremony not broadcast on prime channel. Beeb made a conscious (political) choice to broadcast the WSL on BB1 instead of the opening ceremony.
@@mjw8218 yeah like you care....opening ceremonies are boring. And if they did show it you'd have people saying "look at the BBC glorifying this tournament, the hypocrites!". So they can't win.
