In Florida, probably because of the weather a roof is only guaranteed to last 25 years.That’s a barrel tile roof though. A shingle roof which is cheaper will last for 20 years. My cousin however opted for a concrete tile roof in 1992 and it’s still going strong.

If you want to book our lot for a large roofing job at moment, it'll probably take us 3 weeks to come round and give you an estimate, and then you're looking at a few days for us to actually issue you a quote, and then probably another week after approval for the scaffolding to go up at which point we start immediately. So all in all a month before we even touch your roof. Because we're that fucking good we're so busy, because what happens is we do one roof, and then the neighbour sees whats going on and is like 'you know what I'll have mine done too' - then we find out the house next to theirs needs to play ball with us for the scaffolding for us to get onto the neighbour's roof and in the procwess that neighbour is like you know what whilst that scaffolding is up, do mine too please. Next thing we know I can't get a single one of my roofing lads to do a quote for our account/corporate clients because they'll be stuck on that road for months doing everyones roof. We do everything I got 21 lads and 1 woman (who's our HIU specialist) on the books. For the next 5 weeks I have 0/4 roofers, 1/2 carpenters, 1/3 bathroom fitters, 3/5 gas/heating specialists, 1/2 Electricians and 1/3 multitraders and 0/3 decorators avaliable. For a company that receives 20 jobs a day.
In the other one the guy quotes a price and then acts like he's giving a discount then tells her no it was the bigger price love you're confused 😂😂 I actually wonder how much he would manage to intimidate out of her by the end of the wasn't an actress and was in fact a lonely old woman he's trying to prey on
My skylight was leaking and I had it replaced. It still leaked. I called the company and they said it was the flashing on the roof causing the leak. I live in a condo so I called the HOA President because they are responsible for the actual roof itself. She sent their contractor around who said the whole skylight needed replacing and since it was my responsibility it would cost me $2200. This is one year after my new skylight was installed for $ 1900. The HOA was supposed to replace the roof 2 years ago. They will replace it this year AFTER Hurricane season which ends Nov 30th. Meanwhile my roof is leaking in my living room with damage to the ceiling. Not just private contractors who rip people off.
Well he's conning money out of a lonely old lady but I'm sure his work is stellar, then what he does after the roof is done is say on and we had to do this this and this so it's five grand now pat, now that we know you don't have any large male relatives nearby

What a total narcissist. Acts all fake nice to build rapport, only to see how much they can use you, and they will keep pushing till they get their own way. You can however see the mask slip a couple times before Matt revealed himself. This is a glimpse into who they actually are. These people are highly sensitive to any form of criticism, and will often fly into a fit of rage like you see here.
