Simple. But not overcharging with the cost off ads etc. you will ride a bus, and live in cave. That’s why. Oh and you need to be available 24/7 to be ready to drive off to job anytime
They are still operating in the exact same manner, I've just had a customer call me to come and rectify their work, after they've destroyed his door and charged an absolute fortune.
Almost feel like it would be cheaper to just break the glass in the door and open it from the inside. Don't know how much a new pane of glass would cost, but what's shown here is outrageous. Bunch of crooks.
I wonder if those two locksmiths are bonafide self employed uk citizens, my guess is no, and the company are using cheap snide labour. I also wonder how much of the cash they receive goes through accounts
Neighbours cat snuck into my place. While I was out they ordered a locksmith and my lock was drilled and replaced when I was away and not contacted . With a cheap 4 pin not 6 pin upvc lock
But now both directors have been prosecuted for fake reviews, you know the ones he just said were satisfied customers and knowingly ripping off customers. The company was fined over £16,000 and has since stopped trading in that name.
How is it legal to advertise £59.9 but charge £600, this is the kind of behaviour police should be putting a stop to instead of bullying teenagers down the local mall, no coffee shops in suburbia I suspect.
How do you have any job satisfaction / sense of worth when you treat people this way? I personally would only use a tradesman who was recommended to me by a family member or who has a liveried van. These people operating in the shadows are probably doing so for a reason.
This is just legal scamming imo, imagine the amount of senior citizens who have been caught out with this kind of behaviour, leaving them scared and bewildered, the money for that long awaited weekend away gone into the pockets of these despicable people.
I think I saw this company on "The Sherrifs are Coming". They did substandard work for a client or something of that sort.....if I am not wrong. #Liars🤔🤔
Imagine your business being flagged on two different tv shows because of how bad the work is, I’d just class myself as an absolute failure at that point if it were me 😂
The key here excuse the pun lol is,don't trust idiots like them. Simple check website check trust pilot. So many people so daft. Just looking at them and the way they work is enough to just walk away.
A scouse locksmith? Wouldn’t trust him, he’d probably take a spare key and be back to burgle your house later! Probably why he learnt to pick locks in the first place!
Matt got outwitted on this one, CEO was very reasonable, had a valid explanation for the actions of the company, he also addressed any issues ie refunds, sackings etc..... but Matt had to get in his face and doorway trying to provoke a scene for tv, maybe he should have done an episode on fraudulent benefit claims, that would have made better viewing.
Why not drill the lock out yourself and spend £12 at screw fix and buy a new one. Don’t pay anyone a small fortune. It’s just a lock not brain surgery.
Even brain surgery isn’t that difficult. I had a medical issue and I carried out my own brain surgery. I was told no two more butt it what all fine went.
if your key snaps in lock you can generally still just use the key, a locksmith told me that on the way to my house via the phone because he said it would be a simple fix and he we would both rather go to bed (it was midnight) !... I never fixed it and when I left the rental because the key still worked it was never really noticed or raised
