Thanks Dr Williams for doing the video on this. Can you make a video on how you avoid fat embolism I know it’s one of the risk of a bbl but just about the way you inject the fat , how you I avoid going into the muscle or veins that would cause a fatal situation. It would be greatly appreciated. Keep the series coming.

Super far , my surgery date is April 16, 2022 😂 . I was scheduled to have it done at goals plastic surgery this May but I changed my mind with them.

Dr Williams, I have a question. Can a patient who went in for bbl be injected with a foreign substance other than their own fat without their knowledge? Thank you. Keep up your amazing work. Getting professional bbl is better priced in Florida is so popular there versus a state city like I in Arizona is lot more here and the experience isn’t as good either because they aren’t doing a bunch

I had aprocedure before and it was just my own fat and it was really a minor surgery but when I lost a lot of weight due to an setback now its not there so I don't know if I can do this again but I really liked the results.

Hi Idk if you got an answer but I got those fillers and they told I never will be available to get a bbl cause of those fillers . No matter what name they give of those fillers those are silicone.

Thank you for this informed video as I was recently turned down for a bbl which I am Really upset about. I 75ml of hydronic acid injected into hip area of my buttock back in 2021 however i wasn’t happy with the results. I was told that the acid gradually dissolves, would I eventually be able to have the bbl procedure or never ?

I would have to examine you to say for sure, but as a general rule 1 year after hyaluronic acid is safe to inject with fat.

Less risky than any of the other fillers in my opinion because it dissolves nbut still can generate a lot of scar tissue and distortion to the buttocks. I wish I could show you some of the patients I have seen over the years with fillers as it would make your head spin.

A typical BBL deals with volumes over 1000 ml and sometimes even 2000 ml. The cost of Radiesse is about $650 per 1.5 ml so the cost of injecting 1000 ml of Radiesse would be over $400,000! Plus it is nnot permanent and wouldn't feel soft or move like real fat.

The cost would be astronomical. Fillers are about $500 for 1.5 ml and typically a BBL has around 500 ml to 1500 ml placed per side.

I don't use butt implants and I don't operate on patients with injections for fear of infection but I would see a board certified plastic surgeon who has a lot of experience with butt implants and see if they will treat patients with previous injections.
