He's so right about not doing long cardio. I'm trying my best to do this The natural way and build up my glutes in the gym, but I am obviously still interested in how this surgery works. But I say all that to say when I first started my gym journey I was a runner; I would do at least two to three miles at least two to three times a week. And when I started with my trainer and told him I wanted to build my butt he told me that I had an athlete's body and I was like oh! Thank you. He was like do you run and I was like yes and I was like is that a good thing and he was like no. That's the opposite of what you want. You look like you run and that's not a good thing when you're trying to grow your glutes 😭😭😭
