This is an amber ale that I used Noble Mosaic, Cascade, and Lemon drop in. I've enjoyed this recipe twice before, using Centennial and Cascade, so I wanted to do a little variation of the recipe. I'll load it down below for everyone. Then Noble Mosaic is really nice..
Mash 152F x60min
Maris Otter 9.5lbs
Munich 1lb
Crystal 40 12oz
Crystal 120 8oz
Victory 8oz
Magnum .3oz at 60m
Cascade .5oz 10min
Noble Mosaic .5oz 10min
Lemon Drop .25oz 10min
Cascade .5oz flame out
Noble Mosaic .5oz flame out
Lemon Drop.25oz flame out
White Labs 001 California Ale Yeast
Ferment 10 days

The wort is a tremendous colour, I bet it turns out a lovely brew...............great videos Brian, cheers. I’ve just been getting some Brewtools kit, it’s really good, big step up from my grainfather, bottom line is though, we’re all making beer despite the kit we use

I like the brew tools systems. I'm still watching their videos and trying to figure out if the valves work in my head and stuff. Cheers.

I'm gonna have to agree with you. I like to do it and people seem to like having the recipes available to try out.

Hi Brian, have you tried switching your element off then back on again when it is 1 degree below set point? good looking brew too!

No that's never come to mind. It would definitely be easy to do, the switch is there in the front. I'll look to do that next time.

@@BuffaloBeerReviews Yeah i have a Brewzilla and it sometimes doesn't turn the elements on until 3-4 degrees under set point but i found if i turn element off then on again when it was 1 degree below the element would turn on straight away
