I was planning on it. Thanks for the nice words. I just started homebrewing about 1.5 years ago, so my setup isn't professional by any means, but I'm still able to have fun. If you need anything just ask! Cheers.

With your fermzilla do you ferment under pressure right away or do you use that tube airlock in one of your previous videos then use the spunding valve? And what psi do you pressure ferment at?

I have pressure fermented in the past a couple times, lagers at room temperature. I dry hop a lot, so I'll use the regular blow off tube until the second dry hop is added, then I'll use the spunding valve to raise/keep the PSI at 6-8psi so that I can get a head start on carbonating.

Awesome! Thank you for the help! Struggled with that with the last brew I made, your citra smash, and it came out very okay. With pressure fermenting at 10-15 psi the whole time and having old yeast, which I didn’t know until brew day, affected the taste. Just brewed your citra/mosaic brew with a little modifications and it’s going a lot better doing your process. Keep it up! Maybe do a video on the fermzilla fermenting process. I haven’t seen too many videos on that. And it seems that your brews are coming out awesome.

That's a good idea. I'd like to do the Citra smash again too honestly, I really liked the way that came out. The Fermzilla rocks, they have a good system.
