Hello Sir, I enrolled myself in Delhi Bar council in 2017. Since then I am not in continuing practice. I did practice in Uttar Pradesh for 8 months. I have been preparing for judiciary exam that's why I didn't not get myself into court practice. Now I don't have 5 court orders. So, what should I do now. Will my enrollment get cancelled if I don't make verification???? Please Sir reply. I am in panic mode.

Hi sir, I have enrolled at Delhi bar council in the year 2021. However, i am not a member of any bar association at Delhi and after my enrollment I am practicing at my home state. @@pritishmohapatra9800 If you plan to continue practicing in your home state and don't intend to practice in Delhi, you don’t need to worry about the Delhi verification form. However, make sure to transfer your registration to your home state. If you decide to return to practice in Delhi later, then it will be mandatory to complete the verification form. To practice in courts, you do not have to join a Bar Association. Sir, what should I fill in the "office address column", if I don't have an office (since, I am not practicing under a senior currently)? I put the name of the district court wherein I am currently practicing; did I make a mistake?
Sir, Form-A2 ke last part mei Column II declaration part hai to affirm that I am a member of a bar association, to cast vote etc and ye bhi mentioned hai 'This Clause 2 (ii) shall not apply to those advocates who do not intend to be the members of any Bar Association' whereas clarity nahi hai ke Clause 2(ii) kaunsa hai. I uploaded my full signature and kept those columns blank and clicked on 'save and continue'. My form got closed and it's not even submitted. I would be grateful for your guidance.
