I have given the AIBE 18 and wasn't able to qualify it. Now, which document should I upload in the A2 form? Can you please suggest to me what should i do.
As per notification dated on 29.02.2024, “….Advocates falling in this category are required to fill-up Form-A2. They are required to upload their education qualification certificates i.e. 10th 12th, Graduation Degree & Mark-sheets and LL.B Degree, COP/Permanent Enrolment Certificate….” you may upload these documents.
Thank you, sir. Does that mean I don't have to upload my AIBE 18 result or COP since we will receive the COP after clearing the AIBE Exam? Will uploading the enrollment certificate be enough?
Applied for verified vakalatnama but could not get it . Can one submit the online court case status with case ref number along with uncertified copy of vakaltnama?
Yes, you may upload a single PDF of self attested five court orders downloaded from E-Court Service website/Mobile App or internet, as per BCD notification dated on 29.02.2024.
Certainly, as per the notification dated February 29, 2024, advocates who enrolled on or after January 1, 2019, up to February 29, 2024, are subject to the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) regardless of whether they appeared for it or not.
If you did not receive a form submission acknowledgment on your screen or via SMS that stated "Thanks!! Your Verification Form has been successfully uploaded," this might means your form didn’t uploaded, in that case you may try again. @@legalfree hello Sir, If some one decides not to join any bar association then how will he get the ID number, I mean ID no is important for any advocate.
@@CS_everGreen_ Upon enrolment with the State Bar Council, members will receive an enrolment ID necessary for practicing law in India. Enrolment is not facilitated by the bar association.
@@legalfree I got confused since the video is about DELHI BAR COUNCIL and few people are asking about joining bar association, that's why I asked, thanks for the clarification.
As an illustration, consider an enrolment ID like D/xxxx/yyyy, where "D" denotes the state, in this case Delhi, "xxxx" is the enrolment number, and "yyyy" is the year of enrolment. They ask for COP number not AIBE roll number.
