When I smelled BDK Rouge Smoking, I have finally concluded that I like gourmand scents because majority of my scents smell delicious like you want to take a bite from it.
Tabac Rose is so underrated i tried it twice in stores and really loved it. Also felt like a more unique/spicy Oud Bouquet. Definitely on my buy list eventually!!
My samples arrived today Gris Charnel is so sophisticated and another level of fragrance. Makes me feel like I’m in Paris. I have nothing like it. Just ordered full size and they have free 10ML with purchase! So happy to find something rare and beautiful. Thank you for reviews! I selected Rouge Smoking for my free 10ML. 😍
These fragrances definitely need to be tried on skin. When I tried them first I prefered Creme de cuir. Unfortunately on me, it's flat and tells nothing. But on my boyfriend's skin, it shines. Same thing with Rouge smoking, on paper I thought "not bad" but on my skin it's really beautiful. So I bought Rouge smoking and a travel size of Pas ce soir 😁
I am disappointed that you did not disclose your affiliation with BDK, Intio and Parfum de Marley, via your boyfriend. There is some really shady stuff coming out about contracts behind the scenes. I find it difficult to trust in the honesty of your channel, at this point.
It’s not like she lied about the fragrances. She has never recommended a fragrance that isn’t amazing. Yes, a disclosure about the sideways affiliation with certain brands would’ve been smart - just a CYA. But she does wear them and love them, obviously. I trust Demi more than most.
I made a rule only to buy one perfume from the niche houses. Not all of them. That would be way more perfume than anybody needs. But I find I can’t keep that rule with BDK. This perfume is anointed. Yeah, so far; Gris Charnel, Rouge Smoking, Tubereuse Imperiale and for my son; Ambre Safrano we ordered from their website. Now, it appears I need to buy Tabac Rose. BDK’s perfume is divine and I’m going to collect my encyclopedia of perfumes. David isn’t bad on the eyes either!

I bought Pas Ces Soir last time you talked about it, completely blindly, and I love it. I now have about five bottles of BDK, and I wish I would have waited for this deal! But I definitely think Rouge Smoking is on the agenda.
Went to Bergdorf Goodman NYC - they never heard of BDk. Ordered from Lucky Fragrance. I just opened my two bottles of BDK- Gris Charnel is immediately gorgeous. I also blind ordered Creme de Coir -as the day went on it become so soft and beautiful so different. Love them both and trying samples of Pas Ce Soir and Rouge Smoking. Bdk gris charnel: I'm getting the vibe that its being overhyped in RU-vid. Its pleasant but the fig scent here smells more like dried figs rather than fresh figs. That was a letdown for me.

I really like Pas ce soir but it does have the same vibe as, and almost too similar to La Belle from JPG to own both. I would just say that La Belle is just sweeter, and not as refined.
Ok. If anyone wants to see more opinions on this - I tried samples of PAS CE SOIR and Gris Charnel. Both are beautifully done and strong. Yes, 10/10 creativity and unique factor. But, for lower price you can find more equally innovative and gorgeous fragrances. So I will not be purchasing full bottles. But I definitely enjoyed the experience of testing.
I just bought bouquet de Hongrie lol cause I love Chanel chance eau Tendre but I always feel like a more refined version of it would be just perfect, this sounds like it so I’ll keep you posted on my thoughts, thank you Demi ❤️ you’re a gem .

Rouge smoking really smells like “HOS, WW84” Except for the smokiness. If you take off the smokiness exactly the same. Gris charnel is the only unisex fragrance I’ve ever tried that truly is unisex and I’d actually wear as a woman.
Gonna get full bottle of Gris charnel ...got sample a few months ago and think it would be really nice for transitioning from summer to “fall” Perth girl ...French improving to the extent that she will point out the “ noise “ of Paris ♥️ from USA 🇺🇸
Hi Demi, great review and overview of ur BDK favs. I would agree w most. Love GC, PcS, IT... except for Tabac Rose. I’ve had a hard time getting past that sour opening note. Reminds me of too much synthetic carnation surrounding the Rose. I also love how the bottles “feel”, good architecture. Hope u r enjoying beautiful Paris.
Demi, I’m posting this comment on 12/17: I purchased 30mls from Scentsplit Tabac Rose “I totally love this one...all the notes really do well together! Rouge Smoking is the other one. Which is nice, but it didn’t make my eyes pop 😳 like tabac Rose👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Got a free sample (2mL) of Creme de Cuir with my last purchase from MaxAroma, and I kinda like it. I'd say it's definitely more of a date night/cuddle fragrance if anything. If you're a guy, wear it if you're looking for a long, lingering, clingy hug from a lady 👌

Would you recommend Bouquet de Hongrie for a summer outdoor winery wedding in South Australia? or is there something you would recommend? I am finding it hard to find a wedding perfume. I own Chanel chance eau tendre already. I did smell Aerin Ikat Jasmine, the Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Granada Salvia at David Jones and Replica Flower market at Mecca but I am not sure!

MFK he knows his stuff also tried Amyris Homme the one i was blown away by was Baccarat Rouge 540 1 - 10 i gave it a 5 on my scale it didn't WoW me like i thought it would 😅.
