It is definitely a good scent, but it’s by far and away the simplest of the line and the most generic smelling. IMO, you can substitute Rehab for something like spice bomb extreme
I discovered House De marly because of Demi!..I got herod, Pegasus and Layton which I never regret buying them and now she's taking me to Initio House too!😅...frankly she has extensively knowledge in fragrance world!
Maybe I'm alone in this but I hate the description of unisex. It seems to be the thing to do though these days but when I'm trying to buy a fragrance I want to know if , as a man, it works for me to either impress others with a masculine scent or attract women. When I hear unisex my brain translates that to bland. Makes a sight unseen purchase really difficult, at least for me.

Absolute Aphrodisiac came out the gate stomping. I loved it!! the warm vanilla was GREAT 😍 and then the leather kicked in strong and 40 minutes later I was disappointed. Addictive Vibration - super nice. I couldn’t stop smelling my arm. Although it’s Autumn I kept thinking Spring because of the florals. I finally settled really liking it and wanting to smell this on a woman. It would keep my nose buried in her neck nibbling around her collarbone. Side Effect- that’s the MVP for me Fall & Winter so far .
oud for greatness and absolute aphrodisiac, and addictive vibrations are my fav from initio! although it’s so hard to choose because they’re all sooo good and the quality is ALWAYS on point
@@demirawling would Rehab be a redundant purchase if I already own Spicebomb Extreme? I hear a lot of reviewers say they smell damn near identical, I've also smelled Rehab myself, not long enough to notice a change, but from the opening they smell almost the same but with Rehab being slightly smoother...so would it be a redundant purchase considering the price tag?...by the way, love ur videos

Psychedelic Love and Absolute Aphrodisiac are my favorite Initio parfums! I need to sample some of the others. Don't care for Side Effects and Rehab. Me and Oud aren't friends. Enjoyed this video!
I recently bought a sample of oud for greatness and it is pretty great, and I agree, it's very likable for an oud fragrance, I tend not to like many oud fragrances but this one is much more pleasant.
Hi Demi! last week I purchased 3 designer fragrances (coco mademoiselle prive, a la folie tresor and lancome eclat for my mom as a Christmas gift) because we had a massive discount -50% in Greece. And now you made me buy 2 samples from initio (absolute aphrodisiac and Atomic rose) ahhh can't wait! love your aesthetic in perfumes. they all do have some character! well done! love from Athens!!!!

Tested out side effect and rehab the other day and have to say they live up to the hype. I totally get what Demi is saying when she’s mentioning how no note is overpowering because of how well blended they are. Side effect was stronger and lasted longer on my skin Rehab still performed decently.
I'm really loving the idea of having a few Niche Brand scents just to be a little more unique in my circle. You have to do your current Top 5 Niche Brand fragrances for Men giving your top 3 picks of each. I love how you describe the fragrances in your videos.
I own Side Effect, Rehab, Paragon, and Blessed Baraka and love love LOVE all of them. I will be buying the others from the house at some point. Atomic rose next!

beautiful video! I smelled on the store Rehab and OFG, was shocked how good they smelled and than shocked from the price....but should give them a second chance for sure...
I bought a 2ml sample of side effect and it smells like walking into a tobacco shop where you buy loose leaf tobacco for pipes. After the scent sits on your skin, it smells pretty good! I will test it out and wear it to work.
I am so lucky to have 3 perfumes from this house oud for greatness my favorite. The second one is side effect I love it and the last one is magnetic blend 1 and planning to buy Atomic rose soon 😊😊
Just got samples of OFG, Side effect, absolute aphrodisiac, and blessed baraka from MaxAroma. As soon as I put OFG to my nose I went on the site to buy the bottle lol...I will own all 4 of those and rehab. Initio and PDM are my favorite niche houses thanks to you. Great review. I too am a big fan of this House & this is the week of Initio for me. I recently purchased Rehab & cannot wait to receive and wear this offering from Initio! I finally reached for Initio this week after a foray into freshies during the warm weather. I began with Blessed Baraka, which I purchased in May but never wore. Today & tomorrow it’s all about my love, Oud for Greatness. Friday will be dedicated to Side Effect & hopefully I’ll be sporting Rehab on Saturday!
Rehab is one of my favorites. It smells unique to me because of how ridiculously clean it is, like they took the freshest of every ingredient and ran it through the dry cleaners, repeatedly. I agree, epitome of niche. My other favorites from the house are Blessed Baraka and OFG. I also have Side Effect, which I think is excellently crafted but I enjoy Man In Black just as much, if not more. Maybe I just need to give it some more wearings for it to climb the ladder
@@hocineted7594 it smells awesome! I would say it’s one of my top 3 favorite Initio fragrances and I’ve smelt I think all of them. Again, it’s an awesome fragrance but everybody’s taste is different. So, I would strongly suggest you get a sample of it. They sell sample sets or you can get individual samples of it. I would highly recommend it.
Side effects and oud for greatness will be delivered Monday and I can't wait blind bought both. Just started my collection only have 6 bottles . Carlisle, Layton , Percival was blind buy after watching Demi reviews and I love it. Next one will be Herod . I want to thank you hope see your channel with 1.000.000+ subscribers in the future
I really wanna try rehab, side effect and blessed baraka... i recently received a Magnetic Blend 1 as a gift (i believe it is the one you mention not liking), tried layering it with a few options as i don’t like it on it’s own, I found that it generally works better with woody fragrances, my favorite is layering it with Emporio Armani Diamonds Black Carat (men’s)... i find it takes it to a whole different level. My favourite from the house is Oud for Greatness but I also like and own Psychedelic Love. I agree 💯 it's a masterpiece! As a woman, they're all unisex imo. However, OFG is the only fragrance in my collection where I've received compliments from people who literally are not into fragrance at all. They just swoon over it. It's very special, very sexy and 💯 original :)
I watch all the youtubers that do fragrance but before I buy I watch you and the bow tie guy I respect jermy he's the og big beard business is cool I have a huge crush on curly fragrance but I just like how you and bow tie guy break it down and rehab is my personal favriot from the house
The Initio House is impressive. I have to evaluate it for 2 weeks before I can decide. Right now, I am impressed with Rehab. Hopefully, you will discover the ultra, ultra niche houses that do not follow IFFRA and are the current benchmarks from the Far East. Nothing compares.

I love psychodelic Love, it reminds me of Black Orchid by Tom For but more softer and better balanced. It also reminds of Metálica by Tom Ford as well but much much more better than those two ❤

I tried an Oud for greatness sample I was provided with when I made another purchase and although I did like it I wasn't overwhelmed. I would more likely say I was whelmed and it might be more aptly named Oud For Mediocracy.
@@davidmunoz99 honestly I got it and trust me it smells A1. If you love vanilla you should definitely check it out. It’s definitely unisex but leans a bit feminine. But anyone with confidence can rock it. Sillage comes and goes, the warmer you are the more it will project like a beast.

Aaron Terence Hughes got me on side effect based on his reaction he basically had a full body or*asm when smelling this, and that’s saying something if he doesn’t like something he’ll let you know whereas with this he loved it from first sniff, I actually just ordered it and I’m interested in smelling the rum note

Rehab def #1 to me....Side Effect or Blessed Baraka prob #2. Absolute Aphrodisiac is just ok to me. It reminds me more of Palmer's Cocoa Butter than Vanilla and there's tons of better vanilla imo. And I don't like Oud For Greatness... Anyway, can't wait for their new release.
