Waited for this for some time and as always I'm not disappointed, quite the opposite. Great break down of the class and deep explanations on mechanics and how to of the class. @Anfield - ty so much for this guide. Just a quick thought on your thoughts about people looking for add-ons towards the end. Personally I play BDO about 3-4 times a year, and for about 2-3 weeks at each of those intervals. Even then I'm only on for a couple of hours at best. I enjoy the game but I don't have the time to spend hours upon hours perfecting a rotation, so I really appreciate it when someone is willing to provide the sort of content you've done here--and I imagine I'm not the only one. I only wanted to provide another perspective you might not have considered, beyond the lazy one ofc. Thanks again for the vid. Cheers! 😊

Amazing guide Anfield as always top notch quality ranger stuff. Is lack of dash or some kind of mobility that bad for spots when you need to travel between packs like lets say manshaums pit grinding ?

As a new Seasonal player, I was struggling to decide between Succ Ranger or Archer, but after watching this vid and some pvp gameplay of Succ Ranger I knew I fell in love with it. I can't wait to gear her up and melt some people xD Was curious how her pve is compared to Archer in end game? I was wondering if it'll be a struggle to main her as pve char to grind? @Anfield

Greetings, Just wanna ask if succ is still good for pve or should i go for awekening?

Your point on copy pasting add ons is a good one. I like to take down someone elses to get me started, but usually wind up changing them once I get the hang of the class and understand it better. I used to copy paste because "well they know best" and it lead to me developing a lot of bad habits in the game, and sucked some of the fun out of the experience. BDO is a game, not an exam do what you like

What are your thoughts on Binding Arrow, that new Magnus skill?

At level 56 is it viable to go awakening and kill mobs with w+F ? Or need to get to higher levels first?

I’m struggling to pick between awaken nova or succession ranger for my first character.

I have repeatedly tried doing the tearing arrow combo, and every time I do it, I don't get the enhanced tearing arrow balls, I do get an instant charge, but its only shooting from my bow, and doesn't spawn the 2 spirit orbs to shoot with me. Any idea where I am going wrong? regeneration > tearing arrow > penetrating wind > flow bypassing wind > tearing arrow.

I want to love Ranger so bad... I have been turned off to her since her Awake was announced (if I wanna up close I'll get my Kuno out). So I'd love to just bow bow bow in PVE and PVP. So is just going pure Succ (for the most part) to PVE and PVP viable now?
