I READ ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER'S BOOK " BE USEFUL", I STARTED MY LIFE EVERYDAY WORKOUT AND TRAINING, THESE FEW MONTHS TIME OF CHANGE MYSELF, IT WAS LIKE SAVE MY LIFE. MY WAIST FINALLY COULD FEEL MUSCLE. WHEN I COULD HAVE SIX PACK, I WOULD LET ARNLD KNOW HIS MERIT.

Truly a self made man. Just goes to show that if you work hard, you will go places. Doing nothing will not.
