True. I am living on my own and definitely beachfront condo. Loving my beach walks and also walking to convenience stores, restaurants and massage. Could get a pool villa for less, but not interested, too boring, too far. With a wife and family (absolutely not in my plans, but you never know..), I would consider renting a pool villa with the rental revenue from my condo.
Hi Jason, congrats again on 15k mate. You deserve it for constantly bringing us the content that matters. I am trying to talk my friend into dumping the Philippines and going to Thailand with me. The problem is my friend still believes in the fake love in the Philippines hahaha. That Villa would be ideal for 2 people to share. I live in the city here and there is almost no privacy or quiet times. That villa, although close to the other Villas is still a nice property to live in. I find that the nicer the area you live in, the higher respect people have for other neighbors. Also there would be much less noise than being stuck in a condo near all the nightlife noise. In my opinion, Del Mare will always be the nicest place you have showcased since I started watching your channel, it is a wonderful location.
Hi mate, thank you and also thank you for your comments as always. Haha yeah some choose Philippines but many prefer Thailand and end up here after experiencing life there. The villa is nice and one day I would like to try living in a villa with a pool, I think I would enjoy it although as you well know, I love Del Mare and when the agent told me my old apartment was available I had to really think about it but staying here for now. That villa was incredible value for three bedrooms and the plunge pool ( mind you would have to be careful coming out of the bedroom if you'd had a few singhas 😅 ) but , and I've wrote this many times Dele Mare is really something special and that view from that corner condo is so amazing ❤. You said they got a bit funny with you filming , bloody cheek ! especially with the free publicity you've given that place , they should roll out the red carpet for you . 😊
Great value mate and yes after a few beers it would be easy to fall in the little pool 😊 Yeah Del Mare is superb and many great memories, especially the pool at sunset. The condo wins for me with a more usable pool, a gym and a view! Villa has its pros too, starting with size. It's actually almost a tie, but I would go for the condo.
Congrats with 15k subscribers, Jason! Well deserved! To your question, normally I would go for a pool villa, but this is really a tough one. That pool at Del Mare, the location, view, tennis court and gym, and a corner unit as well, that might be too tempting.. For a while I might choose that, but I will probably end up in a pool villa again somewhere in the long run. I miss that too much 🤗🤗 Great find, and a good comparison 🤗🤗

Both of those are great options. I love the look of the corner units in Del Mare. I think that would be my landing point of choice, if I can ever make it over there.

Hey Jas, I went for the Condo in the end. The Villa beat the Condo hands down for space and potential, but its location isn’t the best and cannot compare to the Villa. Also the ( much ) larger pool and the tennis court and gym and all the other facilities at Delmare , beat the Villa hands down. Did I mention the views ? 😄
Jason, great video, I think the villa is great but depends on the location and gather you would need a scooter or sml car to get around, more space , quieter , and maybe a better neighbour or community I would prefer a 2 bedroom villa

Are you planning to move back to Del Mare Jason? Or are you comfy where you are? I do remember quite a few videos of you ending the shot with you enjoying sunset overlooking the beach whilst in the pool. I bet it's tough sometimes between enjoying where you currently are and the happy memories of where you used to be.
Hi Jason. Firstly, congratulations on reaching 15000. That is excellent. The villa's are worth considering , but only to rent..One near the beach is good .Last March when back in Pattaya I decided to visit Bang Saray after seeing your videos . If one likes a quiet town, this is the place but I found it a bit too quiet for me . The beach was shallow and tidal but further along heading back towards Pattaya end it was great . The good thing was, that it is not far to Jomtein beach and central Pattaya.. Definitely a nice day trip on the bike though.

Interesting comment about filming common areas now that the condos have sold out. A case of ‘we will use you when it suits us and drop you when it’s convenient’. Nothing to stop you replaying old footage from previous videos. Maybe you (and Manu) need to talk to some of the Juristic person(s) about setting up some stock footage before projects sellout. Nice 👍🏼 As a single person i would prefere the condo. If i would have a gf, then surely the villa. For a better comparison it would be interesting to know how much a 2 bedroom condo costs there. Maybe you can tell.
No the back corner and pretty much any of them on that side of the building which is a huge thing, especially me that likes a beer on the balcony late afternoon. Yeah, 63% of your viewers not being subscribed is actually a good thing. It means RU-vid is pushing your content to new potential audiences. Ideally, you'd want that number to be even higher, around 80%, because it indicates that more new viewers are discovering your channel.
