Love your channel and your enthusiasm. I’ll be retiring with my wife in Thailand from the States in the next year or so and it’s a toss up between Pattaya and Hua Hin. If we choose Pattaya then you best believe that watching your videos absolutely influenced our decision. Keep it up buddy. You are an outstanding representative of how American expats should behave.

Nice complex and in some ways more appealing than Dusit 2. You have to watch out for some of the dodgy agents who operate from there though, i used a little tubby Thai lady whou rents out many rooms there and i found out she overcharging for water and electric and keeping the difference for herself

You get your water and electricity bills directly from the Juristic office put into your mail box. Never pay it to an agent !!!!

Those prices are crazy. I live in a small college town in michigan U.S.A. you can't find an efficiency/studio apt under $525 usd. and that's without pool, gym etc.

Do they have dishwasher machines in Thailand?

Usually not. Most condos use the space where a dishwasher would go to install a washing machine instead of putting it on the balcony. That or they might install an oven. Which are also somewhat rare in Thai condos. So the only place you usually only see dishwashers is in the larger luxury homes or a penthouse condo owned by a westerner that had a hand in the design/reno.

No. But I have seen a few complexes that do have game rooms with PS5 in them. Unfortunately Xbox is not big in Thailand so I just buy a game pass subscription and play online. 👍
