I'm the opposite, I almost exclusively wear cardigans when it comes to sweaters. I get hot very easily, so I need to be able to easily layer or take off. I almost never wear pull over sweaters
I chose those net bags too. I use them to store things like belts and fashion accessories that I use frequently that don't fit or are hard to find in drawers. I also bring my swimsuits and sunscreen in them for the beach. I can put my wet suits in them and hang them from a chair or something to dry.❤
I’m not into beach decor. It mostly because I’m not really near ocean or the sea. Lakes rivers and ponds. Plus I’m not a water kinda girl. As far as the bed fitted sheet top sheet blanket then extra blanket in winter.
I'm with you, I am SO over beaded garland. But then, I never really understood the appeal to begin with, so after we got inundated with them in subscription boxes, I was even more over them! This was a great box. I'm not a water person by any stretch of the imagination, but whenever you do this box I always think it'd be nice to have.
A top sheet is a MUST for me. I’m also in San Antonio and because our summers can get so hot I have to keep my summer bedding to a minimum. Summer is fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a plush throw blanket or sometimes a lightweight knit throw blanket. I don’t bust out my comforter until it starts getting cold so normally November or December. Love this box because I also love the water but I don’t decorate beach themed anywhere in my home or wear beach themed clothing. Still a fun box to watch though!
I'm in Oklahoma City and I'm over the 100+ weather! Soooo ready for pumpkin stuff and chili!!!! Also, on plastic bags, I use them as trash liners in the trash cans that are not seen.....under the sink, laundry room etc.
I have to have a top sheet. Don’t like having the quilt or blanket directly on me, need that sheet in between. Plus when I get too warm, the blanket can be pushed aside or folded down and then I can have just the top sheet over me.
Our guestroom is decorated in a subtle beach theme with light blue bedding. Our silk pillowcases are navy. So not matching, but both blue. I make our beds in the following order: bottom sheet, top sheet, cotton thermal blanket, fleece blanket (during colder months) and bedspread. I personally can't imagine sleeping without a top sheet!
Here in the UK it feels like summer is over 😢 I even noticed my local supermarket remove all summer essentials from the shelves today. Kids are back to school in a week’s time, I’m hoping for an ‘Indian summer’ so I can enjoy the sun while the kids are back at school! 😅
I was laughing at Jonathan, I agree he couldn't take that one.😂 But yeah, my pillowcases don't always match the sheets. We all have so many pillows on the beds of various sizes. I gave up on trying to match. I loved those palm pillowcases. On the bags, if I have them in the car, I remember to use. If they don't get put back in the car after emptying, I forget for a while. If your trunk has the secret compartment it's a great place to store them. I also tend to stuff them inside the insulated one and just zip it shut. I use the insulated ones a lot in the summer. I'm not a bead garland person. My son was disappointed it wasn't the beachly men one yet. Nope, not ready for the cold of fall. But yeah our weather and yours are similar. My son reminded me he is a "summer" baby because fall doesn't start till around Sept 23rd😂. He's a Sept kid, but that was his way of saying no fall anything till after his birthday. Oh wow, yeah, they are owned my the same people now so I think they are doing a win win - Upping the opportunity for more customizations + cleaning out excess inventory. You don't have to chose that item but its there is you like it kinda thing.
I live near the beach, my bathrooms ❤😂 Forgot to add: Fitted sheet, top sheet, light spread in summer and a blanket with a heavy comforter in the winter.
I am incredibly disappointed with Beachly. I have both the men’s and women’s box and always choose my products for the women’s box immediately. My men’s and women’s box come roughly around the same time but when my men’s box arrived and no women’s box i reached out. They informed me that two of the items I chose that I was the most excited about were not available but never contacted me about it. They just didn’t send the box.
