this is old video but I just saw it. Definitely gonna make these soon. Im a burger addict..so is my hubby but he went Vegetarian 8 months ago and right now the rest of us still eating meat..but only one day a week. I like to add a few tablespoons of liquid, like BBQ sauce, salsa, tomato sauce. I use a hand held potato masher instead of a food processor. Looks great!

Do you live in the south? Me and my mom guess and I say Kentucky and she says Tennessee or North Carolina. I am just wondering because I can see a lot of southern traditions in your cooking!

Are you eating according to you blood type? I'm A rh positiv , and spose to eat like a vegetarian, what I do,sometimes,and feel better, but I live with a carnivorous,what makes it hard, so I eat pineapples after I eat meat, what gives me more acidic in my stomach,to digest the meat.
