it's really hard to let this era go. this song is one hardest songs to come out of hip hop. -- the struggle to take this new era seriously is a real one

This is the type of Hip Hop I miss SOOOO much. Anytime I hear a rap song from the early 00's it just takes me back in time. Rocafella was definitely doing their thing. (I spotted out the Young Gunz rap group in the video too. Lol) But so many memories growing up in this time period man. I miss every part of it. So much good music during this particular period. Good times! I wish I could go back in time just for a day or two...
Other then will smith , Mack was Phillies finest the absolute king in that era no 1 wanted problem with state prop the roc had the street on lock. Unless you were m&m selling to the surburban white kids million of record or unless you were pop like nelly no 1 had the streets like roc with state prop. Now we got philly brothers with nail polish purses with jeans or leggings they got a Victoria secrets rapping about being fiends and it’s cool to take drugs snitching left and right 🤦♂️ how times change oh my how times have change
Crazy how this song is 14 years old....Man, time does go by quickly these days. I miss this old days of hip hop. These new rappers today arent catchy like the older rappers.
