S-Boosts by default last for 2 turns after they're used (barring the effect of certain holo cores). And the S-Boost Plus turn boost gives you 2 S boosts for free when it shows up-so it's a good idea to use your boosts if you can so you don't lose the free ones.

So yeah. It's a small leap in logic but not impossible. I'm not sure how old erika is, tita right now would actually be 18, not sure if agnes has told us her exact age yet. Also calvard isnt exactly supposed to be weak either, they're probably safely 10x stronger than crossbell if not more, so the mafia must be real scary. It's an entire box of speculation really what can be said. Its really funny how kincaid is like the dudley/lechter but different. It's still hard to tell if he's actually a nice guy like dudley, or he has his own dark past like lechter. So yeah a pretty dramatic turn of events this time, falcom leaving us on the edge of our seats. Probably a hundred questions and 0 answers really, I'm not expecting agnes to know much. Anyway for my two cents I hope they dont go too far in the whole time travel thing. In azure they kinda dropped it on us at the very last moment right as we face the final boss. Here I mean not much to comment on so far. The thing with deal with the devil types of stories is they usually have some kind of bad consequence later on. Of course falcom could just handwave it away but that itself is kinda meh if they do it.

Not to complain too much but I think 'Take the Grendel' > 'Bear the Nightmare' . I get what they were going for but a bit on the nose. But always a cool transformation screen and the english VA did a good yell/scream. These videos are making me want to go back and replay Kuro/Kuro II myself. Sky 3rd had a similar thing as well, though it was basically an actual artifact falling off the liber ark. While here. Its kinda weird since its like. Its' not quite soldat battles but its whatever this is I guess, same but different Its kinda strange since I was just reading another story about possession, I'm guessing like. Either mare itself was already different previously and/or the ai in the orbment basically influenced or took over/projected over? Shrug. The sad thing is that falcom usually doesnt give us the answers until late in the series even, so I'm not exactly optimistic we'll get any semblance of concrete answers in this game. For now agnes isnt participating but one step at a time I guess. The other question is, like soldats and divine knights. How long until we find someone else who also has this? Or is it more like rean's where its like he has his own. I mean. In sky we had the aureole and gospels. Right now, if anything, it would be kinda lame if falcom reused the plotline that the septterion was basically split or channelling itself through these. Also eight is a lot if we're going to find all of them, in the whole of sky fc there was only one gospel, and during the events of sky sc there were a few yes but hmm. Even divine knights, valimar didnt show up until the very end of cs1, and by the end of cs2 there were only 3.

S breaks have been really reworked in the Kuro games and imo for better, sure S craft spam is fun sometimes but I think it being more tactical is definitely better way Gonna post some info on S crafts bellow, don't look if you don't like mild mechanic spoilers You could've used the S craft 2nd time since you were still in max boost from previous turn, you have to stagger them as S crafts no longer use 100+remaining up to 200 CP, I think this is actually very good change since it doesn't leave you completely dry if you use S craft with 199, it always felt so terrible to do that, now, you can S craft away and have CP to use normal Crafts or if you charge up enough to throw in 2nd S craft There still definitely is a element of S craft spam still once you unlock full party since building the Boost gauge is not super hard and you can really chain them together and this IS very much recommended when you can, why? Simple really Combo meter, in this game, combo meter is incredibly useful, it really does boost your damage very high compared to previous games, if you go for big damage numbers, you wanna build up your hit/combo count, there are certain allies that will join you that have extremely good S crafts for this, 2 in particular that have very multi-hit S crafts and even regular Crafts, so using them early and then unleashing someone with less hit count later turns those into far more powerful attacks (Van is good example of this, but he is decent enough combo builder too, just not as effective), the last party member that you get is amazing as combo finisher since they already do the highest damage number so keeping them for last after good combo makes them incredibly strong
