I’m on vacation with my family and I just picked up this $8 Wahl Beard Battery Trimmer from my local Dollar General. Now, it’s time to see what it can do on the road to trim up my beard and get me that stubble look.
I’m filming on location at Kalahari Resort, America’s largest indoor water park, in the Poconos of Pennsylvania. At an impressive 220,000 square feet, Kalahari Resort Pocono Mountain is the largest indoor water park in United States.
My family and I have now been to Kalahari Resort Poconos the last four years and it truly is a great place to vacation and travel with the kids. In addition to the amazing water park expansion over the years, Kalahari has continued to add great dining options and entertainment.
As mentioned earlier, I picked up this Wahl Beard Battery Trimmer, which is extremely affordable and the perfect travel trimmer to take on the go.
This Wahl Beard Trimmer is model 5537-4501 and only cost me $8 at Dollar General. However, model 5537-1801 can be found on Amazon, which includes a bonus personal trimmer for the ear, nose and brows, and only costs around $12.
Looking inside this Wahl trimmer, you’ll find the beard trimmer itself, a 5-position guide, 1/16” beard trimming comb, 1/8” beard trim comb, 3/16” beard trim comb, trimmer blade oil, and a cleaning brush.
As far as batteries required, the Wahl Beard Trimmer takes 2 AA batteries, which are not included with model 5537-4501.
Now, Wahl claims that the Wahl Beard Battery Trimmer can provide Complete Precision Grooming for your beard.
So, we’re diving in to test this Wahl trimmer out and see if it has the beard trimming ability to get me a nice stubble finish.
