I don't know why, but something about all of the remaining Saiyans left in the universe (minus Pan, Bra, and Tarble of course) having a friendly battle royale-style sparring session together makes me happy. It's almost like saying "The Saiyans have never been better". Like their version of a family gathering.

If these translations have any accuracy to how gohan explained beast, broly and gohan need each other. I got so excited when broly couldnt take his eyes off the fight goku put these two as training partners. seems like in Gohans form, he can tap into that insane Ki power boost from his rage boosts, but he has to focus hard to control it, and while he does, his power speed and durability are simply unmatched

Lots of people interpreted with different way about this chapter. But for me, it's clearly show us that Gohan have more power than UI Goku, and Goku has more experience and skill than Gohan.. When Gohan got hit by Goku in UI, Gohan able to keep his beast form. And when Goku in UI get hit by Gohan, Goku revert back to base form.. And people said that Gohan is puffing, but one for sure that Gohan able to keep his beast form, control his ki and stamina against Goku, Broly and Vegeta in sparring section without any problems.. That show us that Gohan are now with the top tier characters.. And if people said that Goku not even trying or he just want to test Gohan, I think we can says a same thing with Gohan, just want to test his power and others, and beside that Vegeta already make a statement that no one is winning or losing.. So win win for all We all know that Goku is much more experience fighter and he is type of skillful martial arts fighter than others, while Vegeta has a same experience like Goku, but Vegeta is more like Warrior type fighter than a martial arts.. Was pretty that Gohan without training for it like Vegeta has developed a technique similar to Jiren able to unleash his full power on short burst, obviously the technique needs a lot of polishing but is a good start. Also Pan and Goku doing a race at the was really funny.

Bro please, please, please I hope they make a new a new season of the anime, bc I want to see this on tv bc as a lifelong dbz fan this is so freaking awesome to me bc this is basically all of the saiyans basically bonding through their natural instinct to fight, it’s been so long since goku has sparred with gohan, trained goten (also the first time he’s actually fought against goten) the first time since the buu arc that vegeta has trained and sparred with trunks and the first time broly has trained and sparred with other saiyans besides goku and vegeta like this is all just a big bonding moment thru all 6 saiyans and I jus could imagine king vegeta and bardock watching their sons and just being so proud, like goku said to vegeta in the buu arc their really making a race of saiyans that are just as strong and just as proud without holding onto their old primitive birth rights to where it blinds them to see what’s right in front of them and I love this

Man I know a franchise this big cant just stop, but honestly this would be a good place for it to. With Toriyamas passing, having an earth well defended by Gohan finally living up to his potential, and the larger scale universe handled by Goku and Vegeta, it really feels like any new threats would have to be a contrivance that... Well, the last time people other than Toriyama invented a problem for Goku it was GT and it just felt too silly. While Dragon Ball has always had a lighthearted tone, it still handled major conflicts with enough gravity to make it feel serious.

I still can't shake how Gohan Beast has elements of Ultra Instinct and Destruction God power, colors I mean. Sure it probably doesn't mean anything but it could be a huge hint from Toriyama that Gohan is dipping into both simultaneously. What people are missing is this.. "When mastered. The body moves on its own". This implies that Gokus body automatically does what's required to avoid being hit. Then Gohan decisively goes beyond what Gokus body is capable of doing automatically. So at this point in time. Gohan is better when he goes all out. Its simple but hard to grasp for people who don;t think about it very much. Im sure Goku is going to surpass Gohan again though. I just hope they keep it dynamic like in Z where the torch constantly passes between Z fighters. Its much better that way and keeps it interesting and dynamic. Only kids want the Goku and Vegeta show. Also the official translation opens up a lot more about the fact that Gohan was NOT going all out at all.

I read a theory that Gohan uses a similar technique of SSJ2, where he can raise his power and direct his power into speed or power buckets. So, in beast form, Gohan can use his massive ki into speed then convert it to power and switch as needed. So, he was able to focus his ki into so much speed it went past MUI evasive speed. This is no small accomplishment. Also, it hasn’t been stated how much improved Goku’s MUI got… as far as how long he can maintain it. In ToP, he only maintain it in seconds or a minute or two before burning out (even though the battle later several episodes, the time elapse in the tournament was only seconds. The last part of ToP where Goku, Frieza, and 17 vs Jiren was like 45 seconds or less. My guess… Goku’s UI time was about 3 minutes in all during ToP. So, MUI does have a weakness for mortals, it has a timer. If Gohan can outlast it, Goku would drop out of MUI eventually.

This wasn’t a KO. You can tell throughout the whole fight he wasn’t even trying but more testing. Gohan is visibly angry and wanting to knock him out. On top of that let’s not forget that Goku is at the lowest level of UI. He’s only tapped in a small portion of it compared to the status of the angels and the grand priest

I think Toyotaro did a great job on this arc and making Toriyama sensei proud. LLAT 🕊️🕊️🕊️. Goku knows that Gohan's the solution for Broly's anger. He finally controlled his base ssj form. But what about his full power/berserk form/legendary form whatever you wanna call it. I mean vegeta did only know about the android but not the red ribbon army in the cell arc. Now I think the next arc it's going to be black Frieza and then the end of z arc. Now hopefully toyotaro can bring back Cooler in the black Frieza arc.
