@@TroyAdam Well done indeed mate. I am in the market for an adventure bike and I wanted something that wasn't a tank so that ruled out the GS and the KTM1290. I was considering the Tenere 700 but the ride height was a bit too tall and the pillion seat did not look comfortable at all. This Triumph seems to be in the goldilocks zone with good on road and off road manners with quality parts. The thing is that one cannot really go off road when taking a bike on a test ride and videos like yours go a long way in showing what the bike can do in the hands of a capable rider.
@@ritfloyd Thanks mate, I agree it is the best all rounder out there. I’ve ridden the KTM 790r and the T7 and It was an easy decision to get the Tiger. Like any bike it takes time to get used to the weight distribution off-road but if you stick with it you’ll get a good feel for it.
This is how an adventure bike should be ridden....if you got the skills offcourse......and you my dear lad you got lots of them!! Always ride safe!! Cheers!🤙🤙
Hi Bud cool vid wondering when you where going to get back on her are you still running the standard tyres, Still happy with it see you do a bit of Enduro as well Mine should be here in a week or so I ended up buy the arrow slip on for it wow they sound pretty cool with the arrow tail piece with the baffle out I just started load some of my road bike videos up, when you bored let me know what you think, then when I get mine I will doing some of the rally talk soon Marc's from the sunshine coast QLD
i collect my gt pro 2 days ago i wanted get the rally one but to be honest i wouldn't do much off road so there wasn't any point for me .but what a machine is this bike
Hi there!! I’m getting a tiger 900 rally next week and I would like to know what do you think about those crash engine bars… im hearing that the ones by outback motortek o sw motec are much much better, but mine comes with the ones on the engine not the high ones. Thanks mate!!
Hey mate! I like the look of the triumph crash bars but they do push back into the tank when you drop the bike hard. If you ride decent off-road I would look at the other brands
Ivan..did you get your bike? I'm getting 900 Rally Pro also. I will put on the NEW upper crash bars that have added support now. They are much better finally. How are you liking your bike?
@@kee7678 hi there!! I got the bike at the end of November 21. It’s almost one year and I’ve done more then 21.000km ON and OFFROAD. I can’t be any happier with the bike. It gives you everything you need when you need it. I had the chance to test the crash bars from motortek, several times… and they hold up pretty well. Highly recommended.
@@TroyAdam Did you think that through? I want to go OEM too, but so many diss on them... I figure, whatever bars are only good for a tip over anyway and at least OEM won't crack a case
