"Gaping Urethra" wasn't on my "things Thew would say" 2024 bingo card. Gotta love this for BW Megs, though. He went from camp to full blown, high concept drag. He's serving biomechanical fertility god. You love to see it.
Honestly, Galvatron does fit in nicely as an in-between stage for BW Megatron's original and Transmetal 2 forms - original form colours and legs plus dragon form's mechanical stylings, head and arm. You could say this was Transmetal 1 Megatron and I think most people would accept it. It's even got the weird vehicular third mode!
Funny how this pops up the day after i watch through the old TFCog fandub of Beast Wars 2nd which ended with episode 5, where Galvatron debuted his reformatted self Also said fandub had some recognisable names in it, such as Frank Todaro (Prime Wars & Netflix Starscream) along with Chris Ho, aka Vangelus
The TFCog fandubs... now that's not something I've watched in a while. I remember them definitely being labours of love on the part of everyone involved, but they weren't the best.

Just a quick note, Beast Wars II and Neo aired in between the JP dubs for BW S1 and S2-3, as they were basically made to fill the air time while they waited for more material on Beast Wars to dub over.

Still a design, character and toy that I cannot help but love. Seriously, I want a modern update or a reissue because the drillhalfs broke on mine, but even so, BWII Galvatron is definetly in my top 5 Transformers figures and a Holy Grail for me.
Designer notes from 1998 read something like "more cowbell", but just as "more kaiju". On every page. Also "Appenda-jizz" is what I wholly expect to hear from Maneskin next week.
Honestly, it’s one of the most badass and successful drill tanks I’ve ever seen. I can’t help but to play with the gimmick and roll him around all the time. Unfortunately I shattered one of the gold neck bits while trying to put it on. Had to glue pieces back together and hope it will last long.
Ironically the second review of this guy I've seen this week and somehow Thew made this figure more unsettling than Treebot's review. Still a hilariously unique TF. Takara must've been binging some off brand anime when the designed this one. Actually that would also mostly explain Kiss players.

Oh Thew picked perfect TF toy to showcase for Halloween 🤣 If there ever be modern update on BW2 Galvatron, I feel dild like features will get ironed out.
I've got the toy. When putting it back in the box in 2019 one of the gold bits did in fact break but I seemed to have glued it back well enough. Oh well perhaps nobody one day will make new ones.
Gotta admit, was not expecting to get to work, set up my computer, open the old RU-vid and find a wang laden episode of my favorite toy review show. And regret absolutely nothing. Cock on...err...rock on, Thew.
