i actually met Scott Mcniel x2, the Voice Actor for Waspinator, Dinobot, Silverbolt, and Rattrap. he's an AWESOME guy with a great sense of humor. it's funny how he actually hates Silverbolt for his personality on how he just doesn't take the hint on things xD
I don't know. The actual ancestors of every Maximal and Predacon aren't exactly made clear. All we know is that they descended from the Autobots and Decepticons, but I guess that bit is obvious.
Cryatora, The Creator I suppose Ironhide and Rhinox are related. Or is Rhinox the descendant of Hound? I wanna say Rattrap is descended from Wheeljack, but I don't know which Autobot is the ancestor of Cheetor. So who's most like whom?
Sora Song Personally, I'm going to guess that Rhinox is more like Ratchet, due to medical/engineering skills. Cheetor is more like Hotshot (from the Unicron trilogy), but I'm not entirely sure about Rattrap. This is all just my opinion, though.
I loved this show when it aired, and these clips bring back so many fond memories of watching Waspinator doing what he does best: Getting blown up, squashed, and pretty much being the punching bag for anyone around him.
0:32 Well, I always thought he was like Wile E. Coyote... Now I KNOW it. 1:14 Waspinator + Home Alone = PWNAGE! 1:54 Yeah, that might explain why he died after Transmetal Rain and you remained until the end of the series. 2:10 "Waspinator hates bird-bot..." I wonder who in the staff hates Waspinator... 2:37 Please don't tell me Starscream was into Waspinator... Now THAT'S a stupid villain. 3:55 Well, Rattrap really owned him this time.
"Waspinator have a headache in his hole body" lol, god I can remember almost crying from laughter when I saw him get obliterated in each episode.Second Fav' was Inferno.
Seriously, Waspinator was immortal! He got his ass kicked so often, blown up, destroyed, had so many tons of stuff dropped on him so many times but he's still around! He's immortal!!
at 0:39 - makes a nice, crunchy sound... :) at 1:30 - he says "more than meets the eye"...:D at 2:23 - he plays stepping stone... at 2:57 - "waspinator has a headache in his whole body"...:D at 3:43 - "oh no"-shivering while holding a bomb... he does great in every situation... XD
lol I don't think you'll go to hell, and if you do I'm going with you cuz I was dying of laughter while watching this. Especially the rock at about 0:30 as you mentioned. Hilarious.
Definitely. The scene where Optimus was sucked into the alien probe and everyone who was in the vicinity getting a massive energy surge (including Waspinator) in 'Chain of Command' for example.
@soulhunter65 I wouldn't call Waspinator Dumb. He was the second to realize that they were actually on Earth, just a few moments behind Dinobot. He was also smart enough to quit the Predacons right before Megs smoked Inferno and Quickstrike with the Nemesis' weaponry. If anything, Waspinator is the greatest Transformer of all time. He did become King of Earth, after all.
@MrNotorius5500 No he's more like Bluebottle from the Goon Show - he's got ambition but isn't quite smart of brave enough to do it, is thoroughly unlucky terms of having stuff happen to him but ALWAYS comes back next week and just occasionally gets a victory.
@shadowprove24 That's a given. What's miraculous is that they catapulted him into space, paving the way for the loneliest space flight ever, rather than disassembling him as Cheetor had taught them to do. I guess Waspinator's got it like that.
Because he gets blown to pieces/injured on such a regular basis that Megatron calls it "Situation Normal". Plus, Waspinator's not terribly bright, and the only time he showed any real ambition was due to Starscream possessing him.
That's in the Spark, the episode where Airazor is introduced. Cheetor doesn't have any protection from the energon, so he beats Waspinator in beast mode anyways, even though he's also being chased by Terrorsaur.
Rofl, reminds me of what ratrap once said. "But I'll have to move my Predacon parts collection! Do you know how many pieces of Waspinator I have?" Or somthing along those lines, anyways, thanx XD
Aaaaaaa Good old Waspinator, the chew toy of the universe, if there's a giant rock, it's likely he'll be under it in a minute, if there's an explosion, he's usually at the epicenter.
