@@Hellseventeen I'm not young I'm 40 years old. And yes there were raps about serious issues - but the Beasties, LL and most of the others were more about havng fun. Everyone wasn't so triggered about every little thing.

The video this comment is about sums that up - the Beasties touring and causing mayhem, and LL moaning because it was costing him money. Most of the rappers you mentioned kept their rymes on the fun tip anyway. De la, Tribe, EPMD and Kane in the 80's... If you don't see my point, whatever, I really don't care, go bore someone else.
