Here are the current Playable AI in Beasts of Bermuda the auroracerotops, arganodus, frog, and Horseshoe crab, and where you can turn into them!

Some info about AI: They do not save in the character menu/will delete as soon as you log off. Most of them have limited actions/calls. You cannot change the skin of any AI and it is random what skin and gender you get. They have diets, and talent trees, and inherits like regular creatures.
How to turn into AI: Go to the shrine of the desired AI. Wait at the shrine for 30 seconds and then you may click the golden statue displaying that AI and your creature will save and log out at that location. You will then spawn as that AI. You can log off/delete that AI when you want to go back to that creature.
