Beastyqt's Mongols Is Actually Insane 

because SC2 is pretty depressing and lacks diversity. AOE is filled with diversity, despite having a lot of the same units, they paid enough attention to details that each nation actually feels quite different. Even the ones using similar aestethics such as french, English and HRE. Meanwhile SC2 has 3 vastly different faction but limited on units and playstyles. infact the great irony of having same units across different faction actually opens up for more playstyles. And the fact that Maps are a little randomly generated in AoE makes scouting far more important and exploration and recon a much more important thing. being able to use the knowledge of the map to your advantage. While in static maps in SC2, maps become hyper memorized so you pretty much know whats up once you play enough and eventually every map develops its fine tuned META, which you can't really do 100% in AoE despite maps following same formula, a small change in positions does all the difference. No wonder BeastyQT is far happier playing this as he gets far more stimulus from all the changes and variety. Its like you've been working at a Factory vs working out in the Field. Yeah working in the field can suck at times with bad weather and unforeseen events getting you stuck. But not having a monotone work really makes up for it. and besides. Bad events always gives you a good story to tell.

@@Kameeho You seriously don't play the game at a higher level, and only have watched pro games at best from your comment! Like how you reckon pro players to bring out the full diversity of their race and units when you're playing in competitive high stake competitions with thousands on the line. The game is 12 years old and of course the game has been figured out so multiple cookie cutter builds have come up for each race, but to have the audacity to claim that SC2 lacks in diversity compared to AOE4 is just unbelievably naïve. How do you assume to compare a game with 8 factions with very little variety to compare to a game which has 3 races that function and work completely differently from one another from their playstyle to the mindset you need to have to play them. Maps in the ladder rotation are in their so no race has any significant advantages at the higher levels so that's why most maps are made with balance in mind. I know you enjoy AOE4 more than SC2, but the statements you made were more or less personal opinions with a very biased sustenance.

That's why they are pros, they see when the game is lost, and instead of staring at the screen, just tap out, spare your eyes and move on to the next game. I really don't know why everyone is so surprised about this tap out..

@@quartino_ Why? I just resign and go next game when I see vils coming my way like that. Mongols aren't the only ones doing it either. Im getting tower rushed by english, mongol, chinese... If he's that sad and desperate that he needs to do this to get a win.... I think it's kinda bad guy to not just give it to him. I don't mind losing a few points, I'll get them back next game. And I won't waste time playing a boring game with a parasite trying to steal all the fun. Still managed to get to plat. Efficient use of your time is the key.

It's a 125k$ tournament, if tower rush works in some situation you do it. Don't call out players because they play the game the most efficient way.
