@Jeremy Gibson Jr For me hard is like a normal setting because it has the beat to the song a little bit more but this song on hard is way to much but I am getting better
With beatsaber, when you learn how to beat a level, your literally rewriting your brains neural pathways to understand what something means and literally making your brain take raw visible and audible data and coordinating it perfectly and at phenomenal speeds to movement in your muscles. Beatsaber makes your body do things most games wouldn’t do to their full extent. And beatsaber masters it.
its crazy how camellia's songs are a skill above any other tracks.... i can do expert+ on most songs....then there is these...cant even get past expert(edit: I'm done with all camellia songs on expert and I have done crystallized,exit this earth's atmosphere and what the cat on expert+)this was posted 7 months ago from now
@@Another_youtube_animator So do I bro. Easiest way to progeess is to go into practice mode and slow it down. Slowing bumping up the speed till you get it 100% at full speed. Just gotta slow it all down and take it step by step. No use failing the intro over and over. Once you've learnt all the patterns, chuck no fail on and give it a few run throughs.
I love that after a certain amount of time of playing Beat Saber you're able to trace the blocks and imagine the hand movement correctly, such a cool feeling
This actually happens for old guitar hero players too. To this day i actually still know the hand movements to Through the Fire and Flames for the whole song lol

The farthest I have ever gotten on this song is 2:42 and I don’t think I’ll ever get that far ever again lol Edit: now I can get to 4:18 Edit 2: I BEAT IT
I got up to about 4 minutes before my arms give out, it's a stamina building issue at this point. It took me a year to go from expert to expert+ for non-Camellia songs, and part of that I attribute to being a former smoker of 13 years who quit and that was over 2 years ago now. Now I'm tackling Camellia songs on Expert and hopefully Expert+. Ghost is an endurance nightmare to overcome.
I struggled on that for so long, I just brute forced it on practice mode until it worked... ...Then I discovered 4:17 and for some reason it took, like, 3 times as long despite the fact that it's just up and down
I remember back when i played on psvr (im a quest player now) i got stuck on tr exact same part as you and it took me a week to learn that part, the oculus controllers are lighter though which means i could swing harder and easily beat that part

Just beat this for the first time. I stopped playing awhile ago but now I came back and I'm progressing quickly. This level has been my goal since day 1. Never thought I would get here. You were a big motivation for me to keep on going and reach that goal. I looked up to people like you and realized that it wasn't impossible. I just had to keep trying. Now that I've beaten this level I feel motivated more than ever. I can see that as long as I keep trying and pursuing my goal, I'll be able to do even better things. My arms feel like Jello. My head hurts from the workout. But at the end of the day, it was worth it. I understand that you aren't gonna see this and, if you do, think it's pretty cringe. But what matters to me is that I feel like I've finally accomplished something. And that's enough to keep me going. Now many may sneer and laugh at this comment, calling it begging for likes, or a heart. But this is not true; I simply made this to tell others how I feel, and to let out my excitement. No, this is not a joke comment, no this is not begging. If you understand, thank you.
Bought my oculus half a year ago and still only playing beatsaber. "But what matters to me is that i feel like i've finally accomplished something. And that's enought to keep me going." Straight from the heart, 2 years after your comment - thank you for your words. It describes 100% the main motivation for me in everything i do in life.

Light it up is so much easier than ghost in my opinion. You can kind of cheat the spam in Light it up but some of the notes in ghost are just insane. There isnt a single break in the entire song
SpikeSparkels it’s hard to say because they are both difficult, ghost has some really awkward patterns, especially when you have to flail your arms like at 3:24. Light it up prob felt harder cuz that was my first camellia song so it was a big learning curve
PriMaLSunrise I’d say light it up is harder, because there are more notes in more awkward places, but I do think ghost on expert+ is harder than light it up expert+.
As it should be 😈 Honestly though, I feel like Camellia songs have the right level of difficulty to them. Expert and Expert+ should take practise I feel like once you've learned the patterns and basics of Beatsaber and you make it to playing on expert or expert+, you can pretty much play and beat all the songs in the OST easily. Camellia songs on the other hand are songs you need to play through a few times because there's always something new and challenging in them. Sure, you might complete it first try but it'll still make you sweat. And it'll end up being added to favourites because it gave you a challenge
Got past that little high speed up and down alternating section for the first time today, and that at about 3:24 just decimated me, and my shoulders and arms are hurting too much for me to even try to attempt it lol

My deepest respect! This song is an absolute nightmare! Even on *Hard* it's pretty challenging. I've beaten this song on Hard in S Rank. But on Expert you can completly forget it. I'm curious what the mapper or what Camellia thought by making this song...
The mapper probably thought “ohohohoho this is gonna be the the hardest song in the whole game!!! >:D” it was, until OST 5 came with Final Boss Chan… and then the $100 bills remix
Its now 1 week ago since I bought my own VR Headset and immediately bought Beat Saber. Now Im already at the climax of Ghost in Expert. I fricking love this game.
I did beat this level eventually, but that part is still the part where I’m most likely gonna fail. I can’t seem to get the timing right, probably because I flick my wrists too quickly and end up hitting the blocks in the wrong direction in the middle of the flow.
@@CrystalCalico Small advice from my experience: Dont look at the notes but listen to the music and move your left hand to the rythm instead of trying to keep the movement up. I dont look at what my right hand is doing at all. It kinda just hitd the notes somehow. I guess thats thanks to some part of my brain Im not aware of. But yes concentrate on the music and it should help you a bit.
@@bazzel1059 I appreciate the advice, sometimes it's just difficult for me to relax and go with the beat if I know I'm approaching a part that I struggle with aha, with a bit of practice I'll hopefully be able to get past it with less issue :]
I love seeing songs I know in other beat rhythm games, I play robeats which is a roblox 3d version of osu! Mania 4k, and its just amazing that these songs, so similar, can be played in so many different beat rhythm games.
Same! This seems to be the worst bit to nail judging by a few other people mentioning the dreaded cross-over section! EVERY fucking time I fail there. (Unless I am luckily at maximum health and can muddle through it losing most of my health in the process)
I'm still trying to beat it and I usually brute force it with my health bar lol. But I think you have to do some sort of diagnal swings without hitting your controllers lol
I just got to about 4:20 and failed after never being able to even get past the first minute. Surprised the hell out of me to make it that far. Let out a giant "AAAHHHH NO WAY" when I failed

I got close but couldn't beat it. Took a break for a month or 2, remembered this existed, and beat it first try. Remember kids, don't practice, and you'll magically get better.
You have to appreciate how Ghost Hard mode is one of the hardest pseudo-experts in the game. (at least, that's my term for them). Still can't do expert, even though I'm an expert level player.
