Thanks! As for multiphonics, I found the John Gross Multiphonics book pretty helpful (and organized well). Many (if not most) of the various multiphonic fingerings include some kind of a higher note in them. However, it does seem that certain fingerings bring out certain higher notes better than others. For instance, one that I use sometimes is fingering a low C (with the right pinky down), but lifting up your right hand ring finger. If you voice this correctly, you can really get the altissimo A to be the strongest tone. Other than that, I'd suggest looking at the book I mentioned, or just googling it. Good luck!

Beatbox Sax thanks so much . I get the Altissimo A but without a multiphonic effect should i humm into the horn to get a dirty sound when i`m playing my A? Sorry for my bad english im a german teen...

Thanks, Parker! It's mainly in the key of Eb concert (which means F on the tenor sax). Each section starts on an F. Is that what you were wondering?

+Christopher McNamara I don't play a ton on alto. Mainly just other jazz gigs and lessons when things come up. But all of these techniques still work on alto, for sure.
