Beating EVERY N64 Game - Madden NFL 2000 (172/394) 

Thab is getting every hairstyle ever. And I mean ALL OF THEM. The twist is, the next hairstyle is randomly selected so we have no clue what’s coming next.

This series is actually really a documentary of Thab's slow descent into madness from having to play all these sports games from the late 90's.🙃

Trent Green broke his leg in preseason that year or else he would have started the season. Kurt Warner literally came out of no where that season. One of the best stories in the NFL of all time. Went from working at a grocery store to being a hall of fame QB.

Trent Green was the Rams QB to start this season. This was the year Kurt Warner broke out and won MVP when Green got injured but Madden comes out before the season starts.

Things I am learning about the N64 from this series: every game is either a football, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, or incredibly Japanese.

5:53 Ricky Williams was drafted by the Saints after Mike Ditka traded EVERY SINGLE PICK in the 1999 draft and three picks in the 2000 draft to move up 8 spots to pick him. He lasted 3 seasons in New Orleans before being traded to Miami. Ditka was fired after the 1999 season.

I can't wait for this one, I love when you do the ESPN highlight commentary of the games, I actually start to care watching it go back and forth. Rubber banding is one of your favorite things, and I love when you shout out " wow with the rubber banding " or something like that lol too good

Great to see you back buddy hope all is well. This game gives me nostalgia because back in the day me and my cousin would constantly play this game. He was a Green Bay Packers fan and I was a Vikings fan so it got pretty heated.

The ONLY time I would watch survey play throughs of this many sports titles in a row is for Thab 😂

This is the one I had growing up. Loved the Rams and literally ran the Quick Toss to Marshall Faulk like every play and rushed for 400 yards a game.

Trent Green was supposed to be the star QB of this team, he's even from St Louis! He was injured in the preseason and then some no-name emergency backup QB named Kurt had to take over a team that was supposed to be finally good, and made them great! Trent still had some good years in KC, though

I never had an N64, but games like Mario, Waverace, Ocarina of time, Smashbrothers and Mario Cart fascinated me. I love watching the series, because i don't need to own any of it, but I get a feel for what it was like.

Haha this was the one I played growing up. There is a glitch (or Easter egg, not sure) where if you play as Steve Young, both on 49ers or the NFC pro bowl team, and throw a pass, if you watch it on replay he will do a 360 flip after the pass

WCW Vs NWO Revenge! Loved that game my cousin and I played the hell out of it. We edited all the wrestlers we hated and gave them fruity costumes and goofy names. Handicap matches with no DQ and weapons and stuff ha. Good times.

We only played Tecmo and Blitz football until the Dreamcast and NFL 2k which was way better than any other football game at the time.

To answer your question, about Kurt Warner: Trent Green was the starter until he got injured in the preseason, paying the way for Warner to take over, and the rest was history. Obviously the game was made before that happened. I will assume since no one had seen Warner play yet, his stats in the game were really bad.

5:03 Commentary was actually by Pat Summerall (and Madden) in this game, I believe! He also did the commentary for all the Madden games around this generation.

OH MAN! I just commented about WCW vs NWO Revenge. This is possibly the best "sports" game on the console.
