This is one of the better kitchens, nice to see handles on the cupboards for a change. I’d still rip it all out and start again. The house has good aspects although I feel the houses could do with a nicer walk way rather than walking straight into a living space. Where we come in at, the front door should be the other end. Wonderful tall ceilings. The lighting with the colours is a bit tragic and dated, probably a bit too many spot lots also. Great windows in the rooms. Overall quite nice. The bathrooms could do with vanity cupboards. The stairs are lovely. Glad to see the whole thing is white, a plain canvass. All Built in wardrobes would have been a great addition. I would really encourage more green entrance ways to homes with a side area or garage space rather than a mainly paved area for cars. I do feel the lack of privacy and surrounding houses seeing right in is not such good trait. You are however slowly showing nicer and nicer houses which is very encouraging! Loved the security. Great to see cameras! A swimming pool in the back too. Surrounding flowers are nice. Would like to see these homes with an actual garden. All your houses are nice but I having a problem about the street, the price they are offering it doesn't deserve the street, that's my biggest problem a lot of dust will come to your house all your clothes will be dirty they should fix all the street's before building the house
