What I don't prefer about these type of buildings is that your neighbor is Very close to you... so there is no privacy, your neighbor is watching all your movements in your house if your curtains are open or when you are in the pool. It not save at all.
It's always good to have your neighbors close than far off, mainly for security reasons. May be if the fence walls are high then your privacy is much better, I think that's the only thing they can work on
Where’s the greens? Where’s the space for kids to play? For a hot country like Ghana, the government should make it mandatory for every new house to plant trees around. It’s terrible
Maybe grass and flowers.... small plants. Trees are a bad idea for the structure in such a small land space. I'm not a fan of the tiles either...they contribute to floods.

Lovely property with some nice finishes in places. Such a shame that it is being hugely overlooked by the homes around it. Not much privacy once one makes use of the great windows.
Developers divide plots in half to build two homes with no greenery...sometimes you have to think more than money. They are building a community of concrete. Why should those in the diaspora leave big cities to come to a concrete jungle...Ghana has so much space and greenery, why not maintain at least some of it...why not have greenery where children can run and play?
could someone in Ghana educate these builders about the critical role greenery plays in any property? where are the trees and green natural lawn? BTW: are the indoor tiles the same as the outside tiles? I'm confused
Nice presentation. Beautiful house. For a house of this price the owner's closets are disappointingly small and not well positioned. No laundry room. No greenery. Land size for the price is too small. The pool should be better secured than it is. The house is grossly overpriced. Maybe the location but it's not worth that amount to me, not even close!
where is the garden for the kids? no garden at the front and absolutely no garden at the back of the house. unfinished road with no pavement, what a shame. What is the point of a security post. the security post is unmanned and even sill the house is still standing, so what was the point of a security post. It is a joke to talk about security when your next door neighbor can look straight into the swimming pull.
